I wish, when the Sov Cit says, „I am not a citizen“, the judge says, „Fine….we are holding you in our jail while your deportation is scheduled.“
I was thinking the SAME Thing! The minute a SovCit states he is not a Citizen of the USA, the Judge should just automatically state, No Problem get yourself ready for Deportation! End of Arguement!
Two of everything, we have our de jure 50 states of the union and the defaco STATE OF CORPORATION, the corporation will never reports you back to the state of the union you lay your head. It would be evidence they have no jurisdiction over you and are involved in fraudulent activities.
That would be SOO FANTASTIC
@@thefinalflash6211 The 14th Amendment used the term “citizen of the United States.” The courts have ruled that this means federal citizenship which is similar to a citizen of the District of Columbia. Since the federal government didn’t step in and tell Pennsylvania or New York that it couldn’t make State Citizens out of former black slaves, an argument could be made that the 14th Amendment was written primarily to afford [voluntary] citizenship to those of the black race that were recently freed by the 13th Amendment (Slaughter-House Cases, 16 Wall. 36, 71), and did not include Indians and others NOT born in and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States (McKay v. Cambell, 2 Sawy. 129), Thus, the Amendment recognized that “an individual can be a Citizen of one of the several States without being a citizen of the United States,” (U.S. v. Anthony, 24 Fed. Cas. 829, 830), or, “a citizen of the United States without being a Citizen of a State.” (Slaughter-House Cases, supra; cf. U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 US 542, 549 (1875)).
@@thefinalflash6211 Did the Courts really say that someone could be a Citizen of a State without being a citizen of the United States? Yes, they did. It’s true that the cases cited above are old, some over 100 years old. None of these cases have ever been overturned by a more recent decision, so they are valid. A more recent case is Crosse v. Bd. of Supervisors, 221 A.2d 431 (1966) which says: “Both before and after the Fourteenth Amendment to the federal Constitution, it has not been necessary for a person to be a citizen of the United States in order to be a citizen of his state.” Citing U.S. v. Cruikshank, supra.

It's lawfully awful!

I love this Judge. She goes after him with his own argument. He can't keep up his argument.
She's giving him a civics lesson he probably never had in school (or probably flunked). I've never gone to school in the United States, but I'm sure civics would also imply (and I'd also expect) teaching about basic concepts of the US and State Constitution, including things on very impactful federal constitutional amendments such as the First Amendment, the 5th, 10th, 14th, Prohibition (18th and 21st), the 22nd and 25th.
@bundesautobahn7 At least when I was in high school, we were required to take a government class prior to graduating.
Unfortunately, said class is only taken for a single semester, and thus, in my opinion, insufficient to really make sure the concepts stick in a way that more effectively prevents idiots like this from existing.
As long as she keeps repeating herself, he's winning
Exactly She needed to be assertive and not argue with him.
He’s pissing me off! 😂😤😤😤 like dude let it go. You LOST your case.
This guy says he is not a US citizen, nor is he a "person" so the Constitution must not apply to him, as the Constitution applies to "persons" who are native born or naturalized citizens of the United States of America, So how can he say he is operating under the Constitution?

Why does she engage with this man who only wishes to do what he wants because he thinks he is entitled to do things no one else can? CONTEMPT!
She likes him. She's trying to educate him, hoping he'll be enlightened to critically think.
She's trying to save him from himself. Unfortunately, you can't correct willful ignorance.
When they bring up that "I'm not a citizen" crap I don't understand why no one ever tells them it doesn't matter. You could be a French national, and you'd still be subject to the laws of the sate when you're here! lol.
Those Sovereign citizens who waste the Court's time with that garbage should have to pay a big fine or do jail time

they should really have to pay the real court costs all summed up, that would be fair
The FBI calls them a terrorist organization.
Community work! They should all have to do some !
The court were made for the citizens no matter how long it takes? You wouldn’t want to rush a citizen to judgement?
I would love to see two sovereign citizens sue each other.
If they believed the nonsense they're spouting, neither of them would show up to court because there's no proof of jurisdiction. 🤣

This nice wonderful judge is wasting her breath.
She definitely practiced great restraint to an agonizing extent. That is integrity.
This judge is beyond patient and is a great teacher.
Right? Somehow I love the way she’s handling this Sov Cit even more than I love Judge Middleton calling one a flat Earther.
There’s such thing as being too patient.
Very patient, but not a good teacher. She did not do a good job with her explanations and examples. She was stuck on the 14th amendment, but never brought up the 10th amendment which gives the states the right to say everyone has to have a driver’s license, and she never pointed out that he has to be both a person and a US citizen to get a US passport, which would have completely shut him down.
She entertained that FOOL wayyyy to long and the fact that she kept allowing him to talk over her infuriated me!
This judge schooled this defendant and I applaud her for her patience! Hopefully, he learned that rules apply, and the SovSit nonsense he downloaded is useless in the real world.

I find it amazing how those people claim they are not US citizens and that the rules don’t apply to them, don’t they realise that someone who is a foreign citizen on vacation must still follow all traffic laws if they wish to drive in the USA.
No...in thier world it's traveling....not driving 😅
Foreign visitors to the US whether they are driving or not are subject to the same laws as US citizens from what I know. Visitors do have rights but not the same as US citizens in the US
@@UncleZ62words matter. The definition of driving is for commercial purposes occasionally. Commerce is driving.
@AertheAngel words do matter, so why do you keep leaving out all the other definitions of driving? that is only one of MANY definitions for driving. It is NOT the only definition for driving that matters. That definition pertains to a CDL, we are talking about regular driving.
@@jacobsmith7385 the only definition that matters in this regard to the court is the one in the statutory codes...when applied to statutory persons.

These are people that think the roads were left behind from old gods and not paid for by taxes
Wrong these are people who have a basic understanding of their God given unalienable rights. They understand the treason that was committed with the passage of the 14th amendment. They are patriots standing up for everyone's rights. They might get railroaded by our corrupt administrative Roman courts, they might not have the proper knowledge to stand against these courts, but they are there , for good reason. It's amazing how dumbed down and brainwashed the American people are, that they actually support the tyrants that have enslaved them. It's disgraceful.
I think I saw this in the Constitution. "The right to be a dumbass shall not be abridged."

So we don't have the right to travel freely?
@@idareya7250 huh? The right to travel is in the Constitution. Just not by what method. That's the part that is regulated by the states. These idiots think it means by any method and that they don't need to show they are knowledgeable about how to operate whatever vehicle they're using.
@@idareya7250we have the right to travel freely, but the means of that travel can be restricted. For example, someone without training can’t just take the left-hand seat of an aircraft and take off. He has to earn a pilot’s license and be rated for the type of craft he plans to fly. So his means of travel is restricted, but not his travel. He can walk, ride a bicycle or a horse, hitch up a team and wagon, or ride one of those
And to think he would have understood ALL of this if he just paid attention in 6th grade social studies.
"How are you going to deal with that?" When the judge quotes the 14th ammendment. His brilliant response..."uhhh...I don't agree with that."😂
Claiming he has a federal passport when in fact it is NOT authorized by same, means he could face federal charges.
He is lying.
I love sovereign citizens. They're the greatest forms of entertainment.
Comparing the totally voluntary act of getting a license to slavery, arguably the worst thing humans have done to one another, is extremely disrespectful
Yeah, people love to have official permission to move their property over a commonly owned public easement designed for movement of their property to access their land by right, weird huh?

@@Starman909 people need to prove they can drive safely. They need to have their car registered and inspected so the state knows it’s legal to be on the road, again safety. I thank this excellent judge who insisted that he speak loudly enough to be heard online. It is evident that she knows (as she knew with his filed “motion” of “jurisdiction”) that he was going to be a sovcit, and therefore knew he would end up on LTWM. So she made real sure that he would be heard so we can all laugh at the idiot. 🤣
She’s a real servant of the public
She likely figured a polite, calm education is more effective than an iron fist and no patience....
Cus SovCits KNOW they are ginnabe shot down. They want the opportunity to be sanctimonious and claim victimhood of unconstitutional tyranny and government overreach.
Its narcissism.... they are always a victim, its always done TO them, not because of them. Nothing bad that happens is their fault.
And most SovCits aren't SovCits untill they get caught.
He didn't have a license and insurance because he didn't wanna pay for it... not because of his political beliefs. 😂
I do appreciate this judge, instead of just shutting the SovCitiot down, actually gave him homework to do in class. Brilliant. She ought to be able to sentence him to writing a report on how he's wrong on each and every item he mentioned. Cue the theme music for "The More You Know"
The SovCit Cits are partially right. US citizens have a constitutional right to travel. What they don't understand, and I've never seen a judge explain, is they are not being ticketed for illegally traveling. There are many modes of travel, you can walk, ride a bike, ride a horse, etc.. all without the need for a license or insurance. However, it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle on public roads, whether for purposes of travel or pleasure, without a license or insurance, and that is what they are being cited for, not simply for traveling.
I’ve seen judges say that and they still stick with their flawed argument
This could be SO SIMPLE:
SoftSet - "I don't contract with the State of Michigan."
Judge - "Then you can't use our roads."
END OF STORY.
You forgot a line - “I find you guilty”
Absolutely. That’s the easiest way to say it.
Well, a SovCit's brain is where nuance goes to die, so you'd have to try explaining that yes, they can't _ban_ you from the roads entirely, but you need a license for _certain activities_ on the road, like driving.
Wrong, you pay for those roads every time you pull up to the pump. You have every right to travel in your private conveyance on the roads.
STATE OF MICHIGAN, it a foreign corporation masquerading as government under the color of law. It's all fraud. These corporations are foreign to our republic and repugnant to our constitution.

I’m not certain this is the whole deal. They never intend to pay, so that might not be the motivation. They are not intelligent enough, or have been brainwashed beyond intervention. This judge is so sweet. She takes the time to try to help this guy understand the US constitution, state constitution, and the three branches of government.
Sadly she’s talking to the wall. He didn’t learn a damned thing
I'm guessing no citizenship education in elementary school and no civics in secondary education. I heard one judge ask a sovcit, if he genuinely believed he was not subject to the laws of any form of government, then why was he coming to court? She told him, paraphrasing, "If you truly believe that, then don't come to court , just don't come."
Judge Lynnise Bryant told the sovcit that.
No, I think 90% of them have so much trouble with their driving record, they just don't see a way out, so they hear this nonsense and think, that's the answer.
Traditionally American student had some of the BEST education in civics! The design of US governance is relatively new and creative with a strong commitment to freedom. Americans have been proud of their invention of this "union of sovereign states" style of governance and they revere their Bill of Rights. As such, they have always done a great job of teaching each generation in school so they could "pass the torch" onto young Americans who will participate in governance in the future.
Sadly, civics classes have been dropped from the school requirements in most states. Each year, fewer and fewer kids learn about state sovereignty or about the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Most parents today couldn't pass a basic quiz about the three branches of government (legislative, executive, and judiciary) and couldn't even tell you what a "constitution" is for. Parents don't understand it well enough to teach their kids and the schools don't need to do it either.
In Canada, we don't call it "civics," but we have Social Studies that includes mandatory education about governance each year from about Grade 4 up to Grade 12.
My kids are in junior high school. They're familiar with the role of a federal constitution, the contents of the _Constitution Act_ including the _Charter of Rights and Freedoms_ and they can talk meaningfully about that material.
By the way, when I say that Americans are proud -- and SHOULD be proud -- of their country, I'm not saying it's perfect. They started this amazing experiment in freedom in the late 18th century, so surely there is room for improvement.
My worry is that this improvement happens only through education and understanding. Each generation must teach civics so the kids actually UNDERSTAND their constitution. Only then can they work toward making their country even better.
(For example, have you ever read the 14th Amendment?? Notice the mention of "male landowners." Ya think maybe this made sense at the time but could be updated today??)
They stopped teaching civics in public school, so guys like this self-appointed "expert" are surprised to learn that the judiciary includes judges!!! He's clueless... and it might not be entirely his fault.
@@HogTieChamp
American students learn this is Social studies just like Canadian students do. They also learn that the Earth is spherical yet we still have flat earthers out there.
Education in public schools isn’t the answer for these conspiracy theorists.
@@GoodnightJLH That's a great point. I'm certainly not suggesting that the reduction (or elimination) of proper civics education is the cause of this mess. To borrow your analogy, the schools could go ahead and stop teaching anything about the shape of the Earth and most people would still pick up the knowledge that it's round.
I think the roots of all of this stuff (young-earth creationism, SovCit, anti-vax flat earther, etc) if found in an overall sense of entitlement to "respect my beliefs." I've spoken with many flat earthers and anti-vaxxers. At some point during a discussion of facts, the nutter will blurt out "I have a right to my opinion!"
When you disagree with them, they'll say that you're "attacking" them. (Note that they can disagree with you and they can accuse every expert in any field of conspiracy, but by not agreeing with a nutter, YOU are "attacking" THEM.)
Anywayz... Going back to civics... With flat-earth stuff and anti-vax stuff, at least students are taught the basics of it, then they have to buck against this teaching with they become an indignant nutter. With evolution and with civics, kids don't even learn the basics, so it's easier to be a misinformed nutter in these areas.
As they say in UK " A defendant who represents himself has a fool for a lawyer"
I love the fact that you are explaining things to people like me who obviously believes in the Constitution of both the states and the federal government and telling us where the right to travel comes in versus the right to drive a car. Thank you.

Think if a sovcit put half the energy into just getting a license as they do for their hours they waste in court. They would have more time than they would know what to do with.
The effort they put into these administrative Roman courts is far from a waste of time. They are standing up for the rights of every American. This goes much further then right to travel. The right to travel is just a matter that each and every patriot can stand on to expose the corruption in the system and the courts. What can you do without your masters permission. Can you travel in your private conveyance.? Can you build on your property or use it as you see fit? Can you purchase arms? Can you open and operate a business? No you need your masters permission for all of them. The American people are sovereign, as king, not under any authority. They cannot cause injury or loss to another. They cannot trespass on another's rights or property and until they do they have broken no real law and are free to live their lives as they see fit, not as their neighbors, a ficticous corporation masquerading as government, or some other ficticous authority official sees fit. Our founders where very wise.
I know this is unconstitutional, but I wish the courts could impose a triple fine to these a-holes when they waste the tax payer's time and money by going to a jury trial. They should pay for it if(when) they lose.

I don't understand why the judge keeps citing the citizenship rules. It doesn't matter if you're a citizen. It's not like a french tourist can come to the US and rob a bank.
You can't drive to Canada and commit crimes just because you're not Canadian. That's not how jurisdiction works.
You are confused, they are talking about recognized status in the United States. Citizen is the lowest form of status, it is slavery.
It's about your status, when you where born you where a national of the state of the union you where born in. (Not the state of corporation) the highest form of status. Several days or weeks later your birth certificat was registered, you became property of the United States corporation ( a citizen aka slave of the corporation). Several years after that the state executed murdered your person and replaced it, with a ficticous all capital letter entity known as nobody and social security holds the death record. It is why you receive a summons to appear in court, they are summoning the dead to appear before them.
Now the whole system, is based off the un copy written edition of the king James bible. It was mirrored, the county represents the house of David. He wants all the rights with none of the responsibilities. And even if we consider the constitution to be a contract between the citizens and the government, that would mean that he in fact DOES want a contract, he just wants to modify it so all the burden is on the government and all the rights go to him. It's greedy. It's rude. It's asinine.
I am not bored with this. I find it interesting that so many people are sovereign citizens and the reasons for why they think they can get away with it. I'm a true believer in the 10th amendment which gives the states the rights to do the things not enumerated for the federal government.
That judge spent way too much time explaining to the first guy. He knew damn well he has to have a license to drive. Give him his punishment and move on. Give him jail time 😊
I believe she’s Entertaining his absolute Asinine, arguments..WAYYYY WAYYYY TOO MUCH. Send Him on His Way 💪🏼🤛🏼👊🏼
@Nefertiti0403
I agree! What a waste of time!
There was a judge in Tennessee or Mississippi that closed the Sovereign Citizen DOWN! I just saw it yesterday but I'd never seen him before. 🤔
I feel like she must not have encountered someone like this before
His special jury instructions will probably read something like "only believe me and not the prosecutors"😂😂
Mike, your videos are a genuine lesson in basic law. Thank you. I am learning so much.
Judge and lawyer are kicking his butt all over the courtroom! Ouch!
The judges need a cheat sheet to deal with this and shut it down faster. She's trying to explain, but he doesn't want to understand. She's wasting her time.
She had time this day.
She knew she was wasting her and the court personnel's time, but did it anyways cuz she wanted to.
I love that she actually read it to him. She said what I say everytime you can walk, ride your bike, skateboard, scooter 😂
Again 😂I’m working, Remotely, yet you have me dancing in my kitchen 😂😂😂 Can’t help it! That beat! Perfectly In SYNC
There would be Nothing but Chaos if this Man had his Way!!!
Her patience indicates that she has a son his age.
She has let this goof go on with his nonsense WAAAAYYYY too long! Wrap it up. He's not absorbing the info you're giving him!!!! Take control of your courtroom, maam!
I think the defendant should pay the judge for the Law 101, Constitutional Law 101, Amendments 301 lessons
I wonder if he argues in line at the Jewels to remove sales tax since he doesn't contract with the state
Always cracks me up that SovCits have to read everything‼️‼️😂😂😂🙄
This is pretty amazing. He says he's a state citizen and yet he says only the federal constitution matters, not the state. State citizen that only follows federal rules. Makes my head hurt
My head hurts from this!!!!!!! How can he think any of this makes sense? This judge is just having fun
Shes awesome i think shes the one that sings Preeetrial
Love me some Sovcit fails to start my day! 😂😂😂😂 Sovcits Afi-Davids work all the time!😅
Sometimes it requires a Bill of Attainder and Bill of Lading as well.
@@jackson_68 😂
So the case referenced (Shapiro vs Thompson) was about an unwed pregnant teen mother who moved to another state and was not able to get state financial assistance due to residency requirements. So the “right to travel” has fork all to do with driving without a license. WTF.
Most respect to the court reporter keeping up with all this mumbo jumbo that he's saying
Good for that judge, my response to this fool would be “ your and idiot” “ by Felicia”
I think the prosecuting attorney when they were in the office was saying 'you're not going to believe the crazy that's going on in court!'
I now take my " Screaming Goat" to work...They love it
Am I alone thinking that someone on the bench needs a prosecutor who has done a little research on his claims and is capable of arguing the facts without stopping everything to look shit up?
Nope. The judge just displayed a colossal waste of time and taxpayer money.
This judge needs to learn how to argue with SovCits
This judge is so good! She is breaking it all down in simple easy to understand terms. He has no argument!
… and yet, he argued with her for an hour. Should have been over in 10 minutes or less.
This feels almost like another psych Eval trial. Judge is so patient with explaining why his delusions are not valid.
