A person is traveling in their own private car, if you are not in commerce or for hire in a commercial vehicle then your not driving. You are only driving if you are in a commercial vehicle and are for hire on the public roadways.
Sovereign immunity law needs to be rewritten so the lawmakers and beurocrats can be held accountable for their lies. Alot of corruption would stop.

We are owned by the Vatican and in exchange they put unlimited money in each persons cesta que trust to pay their bills and live. What you need to understand is how to contract and do liens and be a sovereign. The courts are only fictional as They are operating under maritime law of the seas and UCC codes. They are a corporation and if you don’t consent they have no controll over you so long as you do not harm another or their property. Even the banks everytime u use a card. They not only make you pay for what is already paid for they take from your trust making you double pay them. @@MyChihuahua Actually there are two types of citizen in America. There is a private citizen that is a native born State national of the constitutional State he/she was born in which is a Free State under common law. This is also called a citizen of the United States of America. Each of these Constitutional States is a country unto its own and have State Constitutions that created it. These are the sovereign people who establish there proper status and do not participate in the business affairs of a foreign government.
There is also the public citizen which is also called a US Citizen which is a statutory citizen and a permanent resident of the municipal jurisdiction of the District of Columbia. Most of these US Citizens are foreigners who have become permanent residents first and then taken an oath and become a US Citizen. Only their sons and daughters that are born in one of the constitutional States that make up the federal union called the United States of America are free if they choose to be in one of these free States. This is who the United States Constitution applies to. They are also US Citizens that are born on territories controlled by the Federal Government such as Army Bases in foreign countries. (The movie character Jack Reacher is a good example of this US Citizen status, but he is not a permanent resident).
To help further in this. The constitutional State of Texas is called "Texas" (State).
The corporation of Texas registered in the District of Columbia by the government is called the "State of Texas".

Qualified immunity was also made up by US Supreme Court, but is a recent thing60s or 30s, anyway was not in US Constitution or in any other US law.
Careful here. Section 2 of Article III says,
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;-to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;-to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;-to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;-to Controversies between two or more States;-between a State and Citizens of another State,-between Citizens of different States,-between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects. (emphasis added)
"[T]o Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party" is clearly against sovereign immunity for the United States. "[B]etween a State and Citizens of another State" was amended away with the Eleventh Amendment, mostly because states didn't want to pay their debts for the Revolutionary War. If sovereign immunity were so well established, why was there a need to amend the constitution? And nobody has amended away the bolded part. Sovereign immunity for the *federal* government just seems to be something federal judges decided, and pretty gradually as well.
It's generally regarded as starting with _US v. Clarke,_ 33 US 436, 443 (1834) ("[T]he United States are not suable of common right...") But why should common right matter, especially as "[t]here is no general federal common law." _Erie v. Tompkins, 304 US 64, 78 (1938). If there was none a century later, there certainly wasn't any in 1834. The Supreme Court wasn't clear until the late 19th Century: "The United States possess other attributes of sovereignty reasting also upon the basis of universal consent and recognition. They cannot be sued without their consent." _US v. Thompson,_ 98 US 486, 489 (1879), and "Despite its myriad and sometimes questionable underpinnings, federal sovereign immunity remains an entrenched tenet of our law-a point of departure unquestioned." _Cunningham v. Macon & Brunswick RR,_ 109 US 446, 451 (1883).
So it's a case where the Founders wanted things one way, and the judges wanted things another way, and so the judges got their way. Which should remind you of everything else judges did to the constitution.

Well, they also allowed the states to make their own laws and create their own courts in the 10th Amendment. The courts and their jurisdictions are created by the state legislatures.
@@0529mpb Yes they did, though I don't know how you're addressing a point I made or addressing sovereign immunity.. In my view, the 49 states based on English common law do an overall better job than the federal government and Louisiana, which aren't. States still have _habeas corpus,_ while the federal kind, already weakened by 2255 and a 1993 SCROTUS case the name of which I can't remember, was gutted by "Little Willie" Clinton's AEDPA. They also have general _mens rea,_ which the feds don't. See _Without Intent_ by the Heritage Foundation and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. They don't agree on much, but they do agree there should be federal _mens rea_ beyond individual statute. There has also been far too much federal jurisdiction creep. The Harrison act could only tax. Then the Prohibition amendment was considered necessary to do more, but the Marihuana Tax Act was also only taxation. But Nixon's War on Drugs and the CSA, which Ehrlichman admitted was a lie to oppress hippies and black people, was way out there. It was challenged in _Gonzalez v. Reich._ The "conservatives" wanted to get rid of the CSA, and the "liberals" kept it, which makes me question the categories. Of all people, Thomas wrote a great concise dissent, which I find spot on.. I am no fan of his, but he did right here and in _Entertainment Merchants,_ if memory serves. It's way too early in the morning for me to look it up.
Is Title 8 USC 1101 A 21 pertaining to national is that the same as an American State National? Does permanent State means the same as to the several union States/home country or does it mean to the STATE OF?
Note that often he is talking historically, rather than currant usage. An American state national is someone born in land controlled by the united states, but is not any of the united states, eg American Samoa, If you meet the 14th amendment's first line, you aren't a American national.

@@ChampStyle82 No, it's not a proper noun. A United States national, is a national of the united states, but there are nationals of other countries. It's not a title, it's not uniquely identifying. If you were one you would likely have documentation from your local government that shows it's usage. And while it may be used in some places in old law, it's "United States national" or "national of the United States" there isn't an "American National" unless you are talking about the insurance company in Galveston, Texas.
If you hear someone claiming they are an "American National", when they were born inside the borders of one of the 50 states they are just wrong. Refer back to the 14th amendment.

I am an American National by birthright, those born upon the land to the several union States are American by nationality. In my opinion the fourteenth amendment are for those who were not born upon America and dont know that their not a color and dont know how to establish their nationality through the courts. Americans born upon the land United States of America contract to be U.S. citizens. U.S. citizens exists on paper through contract not by nationality. It doesn't make sense that "born in the united states" doesn't cover the actual set of united states, but only covers 1.
Civil Rights Act of 1866 amends the amendment and adds
"That all persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States; and such citizens, of every race and color, without regard to any previous condition of slavery or involuntary servitude . . . shall have the same right[s]" . . . . Ch. 31, 14 Stat. 27.
EVERY RACE and COLOR which includes none. This is always the case in law like the protection for religion means the protection to have no religion as well.
And if you aren't an Indian that's pretty clear. Untaxed tribes and reservations are googleable via "List of federally recognized tribes in the United States"

Federal/state/local governments are all corporations, trying to make as much profit as they can, by taxes, fines and penalties. When you own your rights, all of their “laws” change to “policy” and because you’re not employed or beholden to them, they don’t apply to you.

In order to apply sovereign immunity such applies to a person of living status as corporate states are a sperson but not of living nature there for such immunity doesn't apply to state there by such is void.

Well there is, its called voting. In the US you can also go to court to uphold your Constitutional rights. But you are right the government can do all sorts of things to you: conscript you into the armed forces, require you to pay taxes and there are various laws that stop you from committing crimes.

Can you give me a legal definition of sovereign immunity and what is the difference between sovereign immunity and immunity also who is The Sovereign in this case because the state defined is a non-physical juridical entity so if something is non-physical that would mean it is an invisible entity so how can something invisible be sovereign. In every instance mentioned in this lecture pertaining to the SCOTUS reinterpreting, or rather AMENDING the 11th Amendment to include more protections is to my mind making up law as you go along. The constitution is a living contract, the fact that it is a contract means the parties (people and government) are subject to the stipulations and provisions of the contract hence the parties are subject to legal rights and duties to one another thus the government is a person with legal rights and duties, and same for the people, as each owes a duty to the other neither of them for the purposes of the contract are sovereign. What the government is telling you is you have to follow the terms of the agreement but they do not have to.. And if they act on that premise it inherently voids the contract by breach of warranty.

There is a TV series they released in 1978 which I believe was notice as to the next phase of taking security interests in private property called "The Prisoner". There was a lot of studies done on it in the universities, (one voice cities (gated villages)) but they really didn't understand it because it have not happened yet. TO better understand how Individual and State Sovereignty works in this relation - You got the Republic of South Dakota, the Republic of California, the Republic of Texas, and the Republic of Virginia all for example, then you have the "Federal Territory which includes: the Territory of the District of Columbia, all of the Federal Lands, Properties, Programs, Roads held by the UNITED STATES consisting of The Federal State of South Dakota, California, Texas, Virginia as so forth. These "Federal States" are part of, same of the UNITED STATES acting as such to be "Governed" via Federal Statutes, Codes, Regulations in Foreign Commerce which of course any such U.S Citizen shall be a citizen of.
You are an American Citizen of the Republic of South Dakota, and via the Social Security Card are also a "U.S Citizen" of the Federal State of South Dakota.
Legally, you may only have one domicile at one time, so by accepting your Social Security Card # upon "Application" thereof - you became a U.S Citizen of the Federal State of South Dakota. You would have to separate yourself by 1/3 in order to reclaim your domicile as a American Citizen of the Republic of South Dakota of which is protected buy the Constitution guaranteeing to each "Sovereign State Republic" a free, independent, right to a republican form of government totally separate from the Federal Government itself.
The Republic of South Dakota can have legally its own form of "Currency" so long as its backed by Natural Resource or Mineral of the State itself, such as Gold, Silver, Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, etc-etc. This is why the Federal Govt has the responsibility of "Monetary" in order to equalize the form of exchange to be accepted within each of the State Republics, setting the value thereof of all the precious Natural Resources and Minerals and Agriculture, which sets a common unit of measurement.
There are things you can do in order to protect your "sovereign property rights" within the Republic of which you reside in - however you must abide by the State Laws of which you claim your Citizenship in in order to INVEST in all lands, properties, in your State in order to shield all property from 'federal taxation'.
Keep in mind, you are to be known as a "Domestic Foreigner" anywhere outside your "STATE", living under the laws and codes of your state, which upon traveling outside your "State Borders" you now have the Right to Travel to and from your 'residence' as a Sovereign. No Foreign State can hold you to a 'Direct tax" such as sales or property tax, and if you purchase goods and services in a foreign state, you are exempt from paying such sales tax, however, you would be delivering those goods and services as you return back to your place of residence whereas you now owe a "Sales Tax" to your State which you are obligated by law to remit, and and pay to the order of "Your State Treasury".
Being Sovereign, a Domestic Foreigner in another state not your own, does NOT give you the right disrepsect another States rules of the road, or to harm another American Citizen of any of the 50 States, you do have to follow their rules, but being Soverieign simply exempts you from any "Direct" tax or duty of another "State" except for any "indirect taxes and fees" owed on commercial activity such as buying fuel, using a Hotel serivce, etc-etc where you indireclty pay those taxes and fees to use those services.
By not calling yourself a U.S Citizen, but a American Citizen of THe State of which you claim citizenship in - does place you under the the "Trading with the Enemy Act" domestically anywhere outside your State borders. You would treated as any other "Foreigner" would be. THis is why once upon a time, you would want to hold a U .S PASSPORT in order to show proof of the fact that you are legally allowed to reside, travel, and work in any of the 50 State Republics. Before the days of State Issued Driver Licenses or Social Security Cards, a U.S PASSPORT was your official "Government I.D" anytime you traveled outside your "State Borders". Even today, a U.S PASSPORT is 'the' only GOVT ISSUED I.D you officially need to travel on public roads, tour the country, or work in the country.
IF you are a Native American or "American National"meaning you are Sovereign Upon the land, born on the land, and the Natural person, the U.S PASSPORT is the one form of GOVT I.D you would need in order to prove you are legally allowed to Reside, Travel, Work in any such State Republic - as you not yet have claimed allegiance to any such state nor the United States.

You may owe the "Federal Govt" imposition fees such as a tariff on any profits or gains made on the land, which would then be deposited in the Federal Treasury in order to manage the Country, Protect Our Borders, Manage Immigration, and manage our Monetary System ( the four delegations given to the Federal Govt ). You essentually would establish your "Sovereign Territory" within the 50 State Republics.
Also Note: Todays "domestic tariff" that imposition fee that early pioneers once paid prior to 1921 - is today the Federal Income Tax, so that probally becomes the imposition fee you would pay as a "Sovereign Individual" as you reside, travel, and work within your "territory".
Even as a Soveriegn, you cannot escape "taxes" you simply are not forced to pay any direct taxation to any foreign state, except for where you act in a commercial manner under the 'public laws' that govern commercial trade in that state or federal territory.

To my mind these videos are very informative and educational and can only be good for all and sundry USA citizens. A state official that acts outside of there office (colorable of law) can be sued privately because maxim of law, God is Law, because God harms no one. Problem is common law is based on the rulings from courts throughout history. People have won suits against states since this first case was quoted. That new ruling becomes the new common law. That is why sovereign citizens are wrong in their thinking. The bond issue is not about the ruling of foreign governments suing. Bonds are not good is a private business has sold you a bond and then goes broke. These banks are privately owned and went broke. As far as Confederate law or states, they ceased to exist as US states during the war. Therefore any debt went null after the war because every state that had seceded had to reapply as a US state because technically it did not exist as a US state or territory. Anyone can argue using old case law which might not even apply today because of new precedent set by courts known as common law. Even the Supreme Court today can overturn past Supreme Court cases.
