    Today I made brownie cookies with nice cracks.
    Instead, I made it into a more special bear shape and it was really, really cute. 😊
    The ears are crispy and the face is a rich chocolate cookie with a soft texture.
    It's moderately sweet and really delicious when eaten with milk. 👍
    These bear brownie cookies are great for gifting and are easy to make.
    As shown in the video, for this cookie, I used a small scoop with a diameter of about 4cm for scooping the dough.
    If you use a large scoop, the cookie will get bigger and it won't look cute.
    If you don't have a scoop, you can put it in a piping bag and pipe it, or you can scoop it into a round shape with a spoon and pan it. The key is not to make the dough too big!

    🔥 Preheat at 200℃ for 10 minutes, bake at 180℃ for 8-9 minutes
    1 egg (50g)
    60g Light brown sugar
    1g salt
    2g vanilla extract
    45g of all-purpose flour
    1g baking soda
    5g cocoa powder
    30g unsalted butter
    110g dark couverture chocolate
    dark chocolate
    white chocolate
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    Store at room temperature in an OPP bag or airtight container. Eat within 3 days. If you want to store it longer, store it in the freezer and thaw it at room temperature before eating. If stored in the freezer, consume within 3 weeks.
