Have been running razors for ages now. They are obviously 10ply so you have to let them down to at least 12psi before they bag out much the last few psi makes all the difference. I regularly go lower than 10 and have never rolled one off. Exceptional tyre on road. Not amazing in mud like this. Also your wheel speed is not enough to clear the treads. You need a auto!
Great effort, Adam and Sam. 100 points for perseverance. My 100 series would not have gotten half as far, running on ATs. I want to get muddies and considering Maxxis. Good to see them in action on our Vic tracks, particularly in wet conditions. Keep up the good work. MP
Nice, mate we got heaps of slippery tracks here in the Philippines!! even my 4.2 diesel patrol can't climb up slippery hills. I have been watching your channel since August and it is a blast, keep posting content they are awesome!!.
enjoyed whatching the 75 and 80 doing their hard work up the very sticky muddy hills nice job Adam and Sam could whatch those old toyotas 1hz s all day thumbs up
Yeeeah.. You're not wrong about 16psi being too low for ruts, literally popped my 35 off the rim about 2 hours ago and drove home on a 33 spare. Mistakes were made.
Yes! These 4.2L things can with stand serious punishment but if you went to such a track with little diesel, this thing can burn gallons in just those 20 metres of punishment. Am a DEFENDER fanatic but this thing got real balls 👐.
Just bought full set of 35s razr only heard great reviews of them. I'm keen as to give this slop a go in my 76 and I ordered 2 stickers got to help support the wicked content
Excellent…04 Hilux …32’s …Steinbauer chip 3 inch pipe…EGR delete…ECU top up tune…Sydney street daily work commute…pigging in the bush every chance i get…put em on mate they’re great!
G'day Adam, Love your work mate. We seem to share a lot if the same tracks! Been a few months now, happy with your RAZR's? Also whats Sams setup in terms of exhaust? Thanks Mate
Yeah you can find some of that out in bunyip (all currently closed) and some in tallarook, nothing really like that in toolangi I'm sure there is some around that we don't know about
australia mainly sand / mud.small rocky outcrops, nothing like the rubicon.moab...theres a big rock near alice springs, called ayres rock, but we cant go there because its tribal rubbish..its a sleeping tortous,or something.next will be the olgas,as there its eggs,or whatever..
Yeh nah i avoid that track like the plague in winter for this reason Lol! Stella effort getting up.. I’ll take patrol track over that in winter on the pub runs hahaha
v8 no good,go talk to a mechanic,or sailor,or army,a streight 6 has more torque than a v8,bigger parts.equals more torque,a v8 shares the crank,smaller rods,pistons.i have a 4.2tdi,german diesel.no computer,all mechanical.puts out 700nm,175kw.13lt 100.weighs 4t...yeehh,go v8...garbage..ITS A 4X4,NOT A RACE CAR.!!..v8,s are compact,period.same as v6,compact for the manufacturers,no other reason..
.If your back end was heavier than your front by about 300 lb.s you would fair much better .I am the only one that I know of that adds weight in back for mud runs and I get laughed at for it . But video after video plus experience proves this out
I know how tracks become truly fucked eh?? Tracks that I used to travel in hi range 2 wd now need 4wd low because of stupid shit done in wet conditions by kids and clubs.....
Just a couple 4.2s sending it 😉

The amount of times I’ve slipped like that just going to spot a mate 😂
Great vid. You boys are mad attempting that road in wet conditions. Those muddies looked like slicks all the way up, throwing bugger all mud.
Well done boys that mad track without winching, greetings from Germany from another 78
Up the troopy
That was a crack up from start to finish. Well done guys. Up the troopy 😂
Old 1hz loves it
Yeeeah.. You're not wrong about 16psi being too low for ruts, literally popped my 35 off the rim about 2 hours ago and drove home on a 33 spare. Mistakes were made.
Hahah Can confirm
The first one might had been not having a full size spare.
@@okigojuryu only had the 35s a week, didn't have the $$ for 5 35s and 5 rims in one go. That was what my tax went on.
@@Anthony_aus ok, but, why did you also need new rims, might I ask? No offense, I'm just curious.
@@okigojuryu I had 16x7s and from what I understand (Not a real lot tbh) 315/75 prefers a slightly wider rim, so I went 16x10.
Awesome to see you on the track that day (I was on the KTM, Lochie on the Husky). I gave you no chance of driving out of that, go the Troopy!!!
guys definitely go better with stickers for sure
Good work boys .

Love your videos boys keep it up
Has anyone got any pointers/TIPSon how to clean/wash caked on mud off like the @31:45 instead of spending $80 at the car wash 😅
I always pressure wash it at home first to get all the big stuff off, then go to the car wash and spend a couple bucks to make it look nice haha
i always run 12psi on the tracks and 10psi ish on the sand in the GQ
gotta love the mud : )
Good content guys
Nice work guy's
Lower the psi and grab second to clean out some lugs wheel speed is important
nice vid.. what camera did you film with ??
That’s some sticky mud!
Love the intro. Cheers.
How do you find the Razr’s for an all round tire? Can’t decide between Razr or Trail grapplers
Excellent…04 Hilux …32’s …Steinbauer chip 3 inch pipe…EGR delete…ECU top up tune…Sydney street daily work commute…pigging in the bush every chance i get…put em on mate they’re great!
Awesome work blokes!
Anyone know the name of this track in Reefton?
troopy needs turbo and 12mm fuel pump

Lucky they aren’t td42s 😂
Where’s this
The UTE is too heavy at the back. That’s why it kept sliding.
weight is good.notice when the tires heated up,it moved.too light at the front..the back did all the work..
Yes 45 minutes oath!
GVM what's that 🤔😂
With Adam car you should put a v8 in it and more 4wd stuff on it
I'm sure he would if he could afford too. 😉💯
