- Many will recognize this collection, it belongs to the Monster master Mr. Wayne. Wayne was able to slowly capture every 1st 2nd and 3rd gen monster and then share them all with us.
As a Seiko monster fanboy, this is beyond dream to even witness this.
Epic! It's just amazing what Wayne accomplished--finding all these Monsters, and getting Wife Approval to purchase :-) My better half usually refuses, telling me "You are not Wayne!"

Incredible. This collection has more "soul" to it than most. The Seiko Monster was one of the watches that got me interested in this hobby, though as a very young teenager back then I couldn't afford one (must have been back around 2004 or so). I really wish Seiko would make them sans cyclopes again.

I am convinced they are not thumbs down for the video, more just because they want to bring people down to their level. They can’t be happy so they want others to not be happy.

I bought my original black and orange monsters (skx 781 & 779) new in 2009 for $125 and $150 respectively. Talk about a hidden gem (at the time)!

I got the SRP307 and just love love love that watch. Maybe someday I'll get the jade or coral blue monster. Donno.
Those 2nd generation Monsters really speak to me; I'd love to find one at a decent price. The homages are fun but the Seiko history isn't there.

Idk how I've never owned a monster after owning SKXs, Turtles, a Samurai, a Sumo and now a Tuna. I'm waiting to see if Seiko releases a 4th gen with a matte orange dial then I'll finally own one.

I only have one, the first edition black dial (1:58). Full set in mint condition. Very happy with it.
I wanted to buy the “ice monster” limited edition (JDM) but was sold out before I could get it.

Good video. On a personal level, I just watched and wondered...Why all Seiko Monsters? Some cool pieces for sure, especially the Limited Editions, but I guess I just don't appreciate or understand why somebody would collect so many of the same model watch. Clearly this is Wayne's passion and it shows. Nice collection...just not my style. To each his own.

I own all the monsters and 50 Rolex Submariners. At the height of the market my Rolex Subs were valued at 10 million, not sure where they are at now.

Although I owned a Prince monster it's not shown in the video because its actually classed as a land monster like the 035 and 037

Those 2 references you made are not Monster models, but for 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen monsters, yes you can interchange bezels
Have you seen the new G-Shock releases? They released a titanium 5035 in a bracelet if I'm not mistaken. You should check them out and release a video of your thoughts! Would love to see your reaction!

No mention of the 001 as that is extremely rare very short production run. You never see it advertised

Did Seiko make a first gen orange monster with yellow color over the indicies
The indices are lumed and look yellowish.
I called Seiko and they made some first generation JDM models with the yellow ring. It's not lume
It is modded if its chapter ring has different color unless it is faded with sunlight. But I saw few of the owners with their faded rings, but the colors are way different
