    Take a useless towel fully wet it with water. Then bend it with hands without stopping. This will make your grip so much strong. Try to tear up that wet towel or heavy cloth but while doing this don't stop keep squeezing it with hands upto last. When whole water is gone then repeat it again second time.

    Very good, but i would try to always try for the same amount of reps and measure how long you take, trying to improve time.

    If you want to build any muscle you're gonna have to do more than pick it up 5 times... Lol

    • @strengthequalsii626
      @strengthequalsii626  8 місяців тому +17

      I disagree. This isn't the only thing that is done for muscle building. This is part of a larger program. It's not always about building muscle. Being able to lift awkward stuff will build muscle, but it creates a tougher body. There are more concentrated methods to build muscle, but they don't create this kind of strength. Thanks for watching!

    • @williesnyder2899

      I agree with you! What you are doing for gains is more than adequate to put on strength and muscle!! Is it HARD ENOUGH? Is it ENOUGH TIME UNDER TENSION?
      Yes, absolutely it is!!

      You need to stop thinking that training is just for building muscle. As a Firefighter...muscle plays only a small part in what i do for a job, functional strength is where its at if I want to stay on the job for decades...
