The Deep Perineal Nerve in your foot is responsible for over 97% of trips and falls in those over 60!
There is a 10-second ritual that will revive the dead nerve in your foot to automatically spring into action and contract the muscles in your leg to catch you.
A ritual so powerful, yet so easy, it’ll quickly erase your fear of falling as you notice the strength in your feet, legs and balance increase with each passing day.
And the stability in your lower half becomes so strong, it’ll feel like you’re walking on solid ground for the first time in years. Yet not only that, you’ll be going up and down stairs and walking effortlessly again like you were decades younger.

      1. This isn’t a mobilization for the peroneal nerve (in other words there are much more effective techniques To mobilize, glide or floss this nerve)
      2. It’s called the fibular nerve now in Neuroanatomy or anatomy textbooks, so maybe we should present current information, even if the techniques are horribly overhyped and misleading
