Modoc Campground

- This video is intended to compliment the Army Corp of Engineers website campground information. The information on their website about each campsite is useful in choosing a site and their pictures are good, but not always the best view (and in this case, there aren’t any pictures). I have found a ride through the sites on a bicycle to be helpful. I spent a weekend there in early summer 2021 when the campground was almost full. I was not able to ride through all of the sites, but I did make it through the whole campground. The sites are in order (except for sites 19-43), so you can skip to the ones you want to see. I hope this helps.
Thank you so much for doing this video! Very helpful for those who have not been here before.
Thank you for the tour. I wish everyone did their tour on a bicycle. :)
Too funny! Our video reviews were done at the same time. We were in site 41. We really enjoyed our short stay there. Very nice review.
Thank you
You have a broadcast quality voice. Thanks
Thanks. I am not you don’t need hearing aids.
Nice job with covering all the campsites. We drove through there a few years ago when we had a 38' fifth wheel, never have camped there. The layout is kind of wonky, and i see the roads still need work. I didn't understand that campsite at the end of the dead-end either.
Can you swim in that water?
Absolutely! I was there last weekend and went paddle boarding and swimming.
Do u allow dogs?
Modoc, like the rest of the Corp of Engineer parks in South Carolina, does allow pets on a leash.
