What you suggest isn’t possible. The winch cannot face the other direction. It seems that the only way to mount this which on this machine is upside down. The manual for the winch say “warning” do not spool from top only spool from the bottom.
now do one with the new plug pulse bar.... I know it has 3 wires on it which is similar to the bar you are hooking up to. One Neg, One keyed hot, and One always hot. i dont think I would hook the hot and ground from the solenoid to the pulse bar style plug. So do i just send the HOT and Ground to the solenoids on the pulse bar and just use only the Acc wire (middle wire) on one of the pulse connector plugs?

Good video. One point of verification is that the winch should be facing the other direction so the wire comes off the spool on the bottom.
