I never knew you shouldn’t use them if they’re open…good to know!
Sometimes you can if they are from a reputable source and not spoiled. However if it smells spoiled you should consume any mussels that remain open.
Cleaning them seems easy enough
It is very easy to clean. You just have to make sure not to cook any bad ones lol
