Very Patient and friendly pilot explaining how an airbus files, most of us knew but its nice hearing it from the pilot. Definitely getting this one. Thanks Justplanes!
***** Hope to see one on the A330 they are under heavy competition now on the American routes so im guessing they would want to make a video.they are going to be flying to LA this year in direct competition with Ethiopian
The fact that Just Planes uploads a 10 minute "trailer" of their wonderful videos is amazing I'm my opinion. After watching the Air Canada 777 polar ops video I bought the dvd...
Really love the music in the final minutes of the video during the descent and approach maneuver to land in Mexico. Find it very astonishing and epic. No doubt that it’s one of the best Justplanes videos ever made. Thank you JP
Love the livery of Iberian. And love the Airbus A340-600. You just don't see this specific model of aircraft that often, and I don't think anyone in the U.S. is using these. So long and majestic. That alone impresses the heck out of me. Good video.
I live in Madrid so I'm very proud to see this Iberia Blu-Ray that I'll have in near future, thanks Just Planes for do it and the music is really amazing! Well done!
Depending on the demand for particular seasons and days or holidays, IB can use both types, 343 and 346. If a 343 comes then the departure few hours later is on the same equipment. There are 2 daily frequencies. One flight leaves MEX about 12:20 (GMT -06 h) and the other about 20:40. I've travelled to MAD roundtrips only in the A346. Great plane!! This Blue ray is a must for my collection
What goergeous views out of the cockpit over Mexico City!?! But...why was the walkaround not filmed but the intro to it was?? And finish your stability/instability explanation!! Geezis!?! Regardless...thank you for the great video!! I have always loved Iberia's livery...and on the A340...what a gem!! In fact, I was walking to the subway this evening after having dinner out and saw a Lufthansa A340 at about 5k ft after taking off from Pearson here in Toronto! Beautiful sight!
Great pilots and great video!!. They really want to show the viewer all aspects of a flight from flight planning until the touchdown at the arrival airport...If you are interested in aviation and airplanes this is what you should watch!! And of course thank you JustPlanes for making such nice videos !!
Finally succumbed to the fantastic production you present ! 1st Download made today ;) Austrian A320 Please make more of the recent stuff available on this platform guys. Easy money and lower carbon footprint ;)
Yes, they lifted off on the runway threshold...I wonder if the flex take off was setup correctly The rotation was very slow, I guess to avoid tail strike on such a long aircraft
I've seen a few videos now and all of them have great music, I remember on the Swiss A340 video you uploaded you said the music is not avaliable to purchase separately, which sad as they are some of the best composed music around, you couldn't kindly have word with your music production team and see what they can drum up, I would happily purchase it!
+Khumo Khumo Urobo We've done a few with South African Airways and we will have a new one coming out in a few weeks... check our website www.justplanes.com
The one thing I like about Airbus aircraft (besides their designs of course) is that every airbus after the 320 has a joystick, so the pilots can eat lunch on tray tables in front of them.
Why cutting at the landing touchdown? That is the best part of Iberia planes. Pilots like to manually landing slow and soft. They earn their pay in less landing gear and tires maintenance than other drive it and drop it hard airlines I' have flown.
Scene from 6:36 I believe its not the wing of A340. I see one engine... I'am not an aviation expert but it's obvious different aircraft. And of course everybody sees that the wing is too short for A340 and the engine is relatively small the a346 has larger engines than a343
Its a slight visual decption, the distance from the 4th engine to the wing at 6.52 looks long enough like the entire wing. However, where the camera is positioned(i believe at the very front of the aircraft) would easily hide the 3rd engine.
I´m a Chilean teacher of English at Quintero AFB, and I really appreciate Justplanes videos with pilots explaining procedures and teaching aviation principles. I´ve become an aviation fan since my job here especially when I can test my listening comprehension skill. Thanks a lot Iberia captain.
me encanta iberia y he volado ya en varias ocasiones con ellos...doy dislike porq habéis cortado mucho el vídeo...prefiero mas imágenes de lo q explicabais a ver el cielo y las nubecitas.
Great access, terrible editing. We didn't get to see the walkaround and the explanation of how Airbus aircraft fly was cut short - just when the pilot was coming to his point.
Right... this is a 4 Hour program... and what you see on this You Tube video is a few short scenes from that program... obviously its impossible to show everything here...
so iberia sends the 346 and 343 from madrid to mexico. Im just curious of how they can have a 346 and 343 in mexico at the same time. More than one daily flight i guess
Was it my imagination, but at 2:53 the onboard cameras record that the main gear has just cleared markings at the end of the runway, and the captain calls 'positive rate' - but they are only about 4 meters! Runway 36R at Madrid is 3500 meters long! Do you mean that the performance of the A346 is so poor that it has to use the entire 3500m runway just to get airborne?
Very Patient and friendly pilot explaining how an airbus files, most of us knew but its nice hearing it from the pilot. Definitely getting this one. Thanks Justplanes!
Absolutely splendid. That music in the last few minutes with the landing is simply special. Excellent stuff just planes.
Lemuel Taylor Thank you very much!! Glad you liked it :)
+JustPlanes will you do one with Aer Lingus ?
+lake fire maybe ;)
***** Hope to see one on the A330 they are under heavy competition now on the American routes so im guessing they would want to make a video.they are going to be flying to LA this year in direct competition with Ethiopian
in my opinion the most majestic and elegant airliner ever build!
The fact that Just Planes uploads a 10 minute "trailer" of their wonderful videos is amazing I'm my opinion. After watching the Air Canada 777 polar ops video I bought the dvd...

Thanks very much Amin, glad you enjoyed it and thanks for commenting!
I'm not an Iberia fan but this crew is great. A big thank you to the PIC for his explanations.
I must say you make some of the most inspiring videos I have seen on youtube.
I spend half an hour each lunch time during my work to watch your videos. It makes a great break in the day. Keep them coming.
Thank you for posting this video. I think the Airbus A340-600 is a really beautiful airplane.
I like the music playing towards the end when the plane comes into land at Mexico City Airport. Great stuff and Great music as well.

Very good video - Iberia are a great airline
Aaaahhh.. Lovely crew, lovely aircraft & location.
You guys always do a good job in these videos.
Thanks again!
Thanks very much!
You live where

I really like Iberia crew! They are so professionals and humbles
Very nice work! I've seen this flight several times while on final approach to MMMX, it usually gets there at around 18:00 and 18:30.
Just Planes Thank you this looks like another great airbus dvd

Again here. Great ,great video, perfect landing. Congratulations Iberia !
Enjoyed watching your flight. Wish my wife and I could of been on it.
"This aircraft is so long that we need camera " :D ( A340 - 600 )
Only on Blu-ray... maybe on download one day but not planned right now. Music is all licensed production music.
Excellent video. Enjoyed the music at the end. Thanks!
Really, really well done work!! Congratulations!
What is the music used in the video ?. It is fantastic.
You guys should have a lot more views
Vuelo en uno de estos (Iberia A340-600) de México a Madrid en junio 2018. Tengo fobia a las alturas. Estos videos sirven para saber qué pasa.
Did anyone else notice they actually lifted off at the end numbers of the runway?
Yes, they lifted off on the runway threshold...I wonder if the flex take off was setup correctly
The rotation was very slow, I guess to avoid tail strike on such a long aircraft
They still had lots of room because the threshold of the oposite runway does not limit the TODA or the ASDA, so all good here.
Great crew, great movie :)
Really awesome! Nice video :)
Great video ! Impressive captain and crew ! Ill go Iberia !
Aaaaahhh....love the video and the music. What is the name of it anyway? Really nice. It suits the video. :-)
i would prefer this plane rather than A380
Un vídeo impresionante. Felicidades y gracias por compartirlo.
No idea if or when at this time... sorry
Man this music is awesome. It starts at 6:32.
I LOVE the A340-600!!! Too bad it's considered a " Gas Guzzler ", and airlines are getting rid of it:,(
Fantastic video!!!
I am from Spain and I love planes I will definetely buy the DVD! Which is the music at the end of the video? I love it! :D
I enjoyed it pls do one with South African Airways
+Khumo Khumo Urobo We've done a few with South African Airways and we will have a new one coming out in a few weeks... check our website www.justplanes.com
Ohh okay thank uu very much....When uu say a few when were they?
whats the music at the end? Amazing! it completes my Iberia collection :)
Love it love it love it! i wish i can be a pilot for them!
What is the title of that soundtrack? Is this also available on DVD.
The one thing I like about Airbus aircraft (besides their designs of course) is that every airbus after the 320 has a joystick, so the pilots can eat lunch on tray tables in front of them.
+GPlaysGTA Online (GPlaysGTAOnline) Don't forget the A318 and A319
+Alex Ray First of all they are a part of the A320 family. Secondly the A320 is older than both the A318 and A319 so he hasn't forgot them
But he did say "Every aircraft after the A320" So i'm just pointing out that theres two more before the A320 That also have the sidestick!
does the 343 come from somewhere else? or how does it get there?
Why cutting at the landing touchdown? That is the best part of Iberia planes. Pilots like to manually landing slow and soft. They earn their pay in less landing gear and tires maintenance than other drive it and drop it hard airlines I' have flown.
Cause this is only a teaser video. There is no point showing the best parts. Nobody would then buy the whole video.
i've seen this exact aircraft at mexico city!
Scene from 6:36 I believe its not the wing of A340. I see one engine... I'am not an aviation expert but it's obvious different aircraft. And of course everybody sees that the wing is too short for A340 and the engine is relatively small the a346 has larger engines than a343
It's a A346 wing tip. The engine is a Rolls Royce Trent 500 outboard. So no doubt possible
Its a slight visual decption, the distance from the 4th engine to the wing at 6.52 looks long enough like the entire wing. However, where the camera is positioned(i believe at the very front of the aircraft) would easily hide the 3rd engine.
Is a very good video
Awesome!

I wish this video was in DVD format also :(
Very cool :) thanks
Excelente vídeo!. Profissional.
me encanta iberia y he volado ya en varias ocasiones con ellos...doy dislike porq habéis cortado mucho el vídeo...prefiero mas imágenes de lo q explicabais a ver el cielo y las nubecitas.
when will it come in the download store?
He didn't finish his explanation on how an Airbus flies?
why is it a A340-600 there and a A340-300 back?
Great access, terrible editing. We didn't get to see the walkaround and the explanation of how Airbus aircraft fly was cut short - just when the pilot was coming to his point.
Right... this is a 4 Hour program... and what you see on this You Tube video is a few short scenes from that program... obviously its impossible to show everything here...
Kevin Cullen It is in there to show people what they can expect when they order the program..
Guys come on, please get some infos. This is a programm you can BUY. Obviously they´re not going to put everything here. Ever heard about a trailer!?
Thanks JCP598! ;) You're 100% correct....
And these programs are more than 4 hours long... a bit tough to fit all that in 10 minutes...
so iberia sends the 346 and 343 from madrid to mexico. Im just curious of how they can have a 346 and 343 in mexico at the same time. More than one daily flight i guess
Majestic beautiful
Yes! I would buy it instantly! :)
Can someone ID the watch the Captain have? :)
¿NO HAY VOCEROS ,QUE HAGAN VIDEOS EN EL IDIOMA QUE SE SUPONE QUE HABLAN ESPAÑOL DE HISPANIA''?
Iberia is Home.
Realmente interessante, gostei do vídeo!

BGIislandflyer must've been heavy?
