So essentially every program you can find for free online. Literally run the best fking 12 weeks of powerlifting or something like that and it includes everything he mentioned in “his” program. Nothing special

Been lifting for 5 years now I’m 6’4 and 90Ibs and can bench 95lbs on a smith machine. Squat pr is 10lbs on each side of the smith machine squat rack.
