I ran this adventure and it's follow up adventure as a starter for a hexcrawl campaign. It was great for new gurps players and everyone had a bunch of fun.

It wasn't until the sequel ("Against the Rat Men" in DUNGEON FANTASY COMPANION) that I really managed to threaten my players' lives and health. Perhaps I wasn't playing the monsters cleverly enough.
The 'Rune Limned Corridor' caused them some terrors but despite the fact that the text says you can't neutralise it my players did find a way and I didn't just nix it.
I need to check that one out...
