*People keep asking why I use music and what the music tracks are, so -*
WHY USE MUSIC?
Well, that's down to some clips that are sent in which are totally silent and some clips have music playing on them (background radio). UA-cam's policies on music copyright say I can't use copyrighted music, so I use royalty-free tracks to promote upcoming artists, or frankly music I like.
OTHER CHANNELS USE POPULAR BANDS, WHY CAN'T YOU?
Well, they either don't earn any ad revenue on that video or they pay to use the music! There are tracks I'd love to use, but because the music companies own the rights to the music that they paid the bands for, I can't use 99.99% of the music that's been in the charts as I'd have to pay them to use THEIR MUSIC.
Please remember that it's THEIR MUSIC! You are not allowed to rip a track from a video and post it online on your video, that's not how it works!
Bands and music companies quite rightly see you using their music on your videos as music theft, unless you pay to use it. Remember ..... it is THEIR MUSIC!
So, if you use it without paying for it, then UA-cam gives all of the ad revenue to the music rights holder or even bans your video from being played e.g. AC/DC Thunderstruck is banned globally on YT other than clips from the rights holders.
I can only apologise if you don't like the music I choose, so if you want to suggest a track for inclusion, then please go to ncs.io/music find a track you like and suggest it via any of my social media links above.

Richard forced the car coming in the opposite direction onto the pavement. He did not have right of way as obstruction was on hi side of road.

Erm, there is an obstruction (parked car) on both sides of the road making a chicane which Richard reached first, I'm fairly sure if he had waited to pass the one on his side the oncoming car would not have been able to get through. Now that said a little less speed would of been in order as if the other car hadn't thrown it up the pavement a head on was imminent.

At 4:35 Well done Richard or do your friends call you Dick, a good demonstration on how not to approach hazards in the road.
Given there are obstacles on both sides of the road, you should have slowed down. But I guess you own the road or are you just entitled.
That would have given you ample time to stop if necessary, or if the on coming car does not give way to you.
Which clearly they didn't as they are of the same mind set of yourself and your passenger.

Came to say the same thing, wtf was Richard thinking? There were obstructions in both lanes, he can't just help himself to the other lane.

It's not the lorry that's a problem, there's plenty of room at that garage to fit two tankers in that space. It's the white car that had pulled too far forward and blocked it for everyone. Look how far forward it is compared to the van beside it

The white car has its fuel filler at the rear, so needs to be that far forward. The van, like most, has the filler just behind the door, somstops further back. Not a valid comparison.

Had a nightmare driver in midhurst in a ford ranger truckman
It did not stop failed to give way so 8 tapped horn in defence did not car at all
Range Rover numpty into THAT exit. Extremely tight, short distance to the T junction and off camber..
Annoyingly, from the registration plate hinting at a name, the owner is part of a well known local family, so there was no excuse for driving like that! 🤦🏼♂️

At 8:36 Given that it is raining and it is dawn, visibility is reduced so headlights should be on and dipped.
Rule 226 of the Highway Code says you MUST use headlights when visibility is seriously reduced. When visibility is 100 metres (328 feet) or less. You may also use front or rear fog lights, but you MUST switch them off when visibility improves.
But I guess if you don't follow the highway code, then the comments at the foot of the video is good advice!

@GadgetMeisterUK it doesn't matter to foreign truckers if they get fined they will leave never to be seen again on our shores,as a Trucker myself I would never use a mobile because I spent to much time & money getting my licence.
@almal7591 yep just pointing out foreign Truckers don't seam to take as much care on uk roads BUT ofcourse there is good and bad foreign and domestic drivers.....I don't tar everybody with the same brush.
