These "two" songs are without a doubt the best part of the Days Go By album
You also have Hurting as one and the new version of Dirty Magic. But yeah, the overall album was too poppy for my taste. The two last records have at most a couple of really aggressive, awesome punk songs. The rest is pop punk and alternative rock. I miss the Ignition/Smash/Ixnay days!
I prefeer the old version of Dirty Magic, I just fucking love it, its my favourite song of Ignition
I'd agree. Dirty Magic is great and those albums were fantastic. I very much so hope they go back to their old style of punk rock

I love double-songs like this. Songs that seem like 2 distinct songs, but belong together and if you listen to one without the other you find yourself missing the other one. This is one of my favorite cases of this.
True, songs like this are awesome, another great example would be Sum 41's March of The Dogs and The Jester
@@vojtechtoman8037 also Parabol and Parabola
Like Holiday/Boulevard of broken dreams by Green day?
The Black Eyed Peas has one like this. It's "I'mma Be Rockin that Body". "I'mma Be" is just the radio edit. It's suppose to be played together it's a 10 min song lol
It was many, many years after I first heard it that I found out that Van Halen's Eruption was, technically, a separate song from You Really Got Me, they were just always played together. Basically when I finally got my hands on the actual album and realized they were separate tracks. And as I recall not even then, it wasn't until I was listening to the album with the tracks randomized and it played Eruption then went on to something else and I had a, "Hey, waitaminute..." moment, heh.
The best part about this song is that it has the nicest transition to the second part of the song after 2.27.
Both parts sound like two separate songs yet work so amazingly well it makes this song very unique, impressive and down write awesome!
Actually it is two seperate songs
I just found these songs from this and don’t realize till now it was two different songs

I believe Offspring has a couple songs where they do that. Sick Band!
@@telsa7812 I know that it's both a different musician and a different song style altogether, but I've seen something similar with Red LIke Roses Part I/II. They're different, but someone's stitched them together in such a way that I'm not sure where it was stitched.
the transition from the first song to the second one is so smoooooth
Too smooth. My dumbass thought it's one song 😂
Wait its multiple songs?
All you morons that think dividing by zero is a concept regarded as hell the initial number doesn’t lose its purpose if the equation cancels itself out in this case dividing the definition of divide is too separate and if your departing by zero it means your not separating in which case the number stays the same the same thing goes for 1

@@ATankEnjoyer same
That shit just feels like 2020
"You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain"
Pickens: why not both?
They fed him the "juice" in gas form. I don't think he had a chance as the amplified "evil" in him grew. But I think that was the point. It's the, "we are all sinners," that certain Christian groups talk about. Because they legitimately want all things to have been some form of evil rejected from the heavens. I would be curious to see their version of what a functional prison and rehabilitation center would be like. Likely just a bunch of prisoners trying to screw each other over. lolz That is, they would have the blind leading the blind with, "we are all, yadda yadda, yadda." We are not all the same.
(in reference to my last comment here) In Plant Science, we use various chemicals to grow only certain kinds of things when we need/want them. More roots? There's something for that. More flowers? There's something for that. More shoot growth? There's something for that.
If there are two trees growing, and one is desired, and the other is a living pile of wood, you need to keep the one in check so that it doesn't shade the other. Otherwise, the one you want will die.
I've got a better idea.
And then go back in time as an insane(?) executing angel?

"Riding on a missile with a cowboy hat" has a missplaced modifier. With "with a cowboy hat" coming right after "missle" it implies a missle actively wearing a hat.

Out of all of the amazing songs from The Offspring, this is one of my favorites. Its two songs in one.
The ability of the artists to create it is phenomenal.
Even on the lyrics, it is two songs together creating a story.
One of my personal favorite music videos. Can be interpreted in so many unique ways and the art looks like something a high school student would draw in their math textbooks. It's beautifully grungy and imperfect, giving it a look that I haven't seen replicated in too many other places.
that’s such a specific way to put it but, yeah, it does actually!
Fantastic movie! While I haven't seen it in a few months and thus can't match up which artstyle it resembles most, the Divide by Zero portion's urgency reminds me of the chase at the end of the Captain Sternn bit set to Reach out by Cheap Trick. Both are fantastic songs set to some great animation sequences.
I was thinking It looked a bit like borderlands with the technology and the design of the big devil horns guy.
I like to describe the art style as "Schoolbook marginalia" - the scratchy but enthusiastic style of the Tech is very much in that vibe
The art style kinda reminded me of something like cowboy bebop and borderlands
I would pay to watch an animated series like this.

So, I was actually searching for a mathematical explanation when I was searching "dividing by zero" and I came across this banger... God dam..
did u find the explanation?
@@JB-7734 Dividing by Zero: There are infinities that are bigger than other infinities. There are an infinite amount of whole numbers that go on forever like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. There is also an infinite amount of even (or odd, for the sake of argument) numbers. However the 'number set' of whole numbers is always going to be greater than the 'number set' of even (or odd) numbers, despite both being infinite one is half the infinity of the other. What's 1/2 infinity? Infinity.
Allow me to provide you with some help.
Division by Zero, while not impossible, is treated as impossible in mathematics because the outcome of the equation does not provide a mathematical answer, instead drawing you into the fields of general relativity, quantum mechanics, and string theory but even then is so complexthatit breaks the rules of these fields.
The actual output of division by zero is infinity, which is the formula for a singularity (a black hole). We still don't have a definite explanation for how black holes actually function, thus rely mostly on theoretical functions like hawking radiation to make calculations and observations.
(String theory is literally just an attempt to make black holes work in our current understanding of quantum mechanics and general relativity)
In short, while its not impossible to devide by zero, it might as well be.
@@JB-7734 technically infinity isn't a mathematical concept, and a scientific concept instead.
Thats why mathematics doesn't even attempt to explain it.
@@Chuck-PK String theory sure is fun isn't it?

I love the raw energy of the crowd. It embodies the sheer destructive nature within humanity. That resentment buried so deep it can only escape when we are driven to the absolute height of emotional anarchy, when our every bottled emotion rushes forth to express themselves all at once. that pilot earned his official badass license
It's interesting that the blue angel, while a force of chaos, is only ever seen slaying both sides in succession. When one side (Red) proves the definitive winner in the end, he promptly shows up to behead them, continuing the theme of never letting any given side fully win. Earlier in the video, the grenades act as a chekov's gun, as while he only pulls one to use on the plane behind him, in doing so he reveals he has additional grenades in reserve, waiting to be used. I'm unsure who's decision it was to use the grenade in the latter half of the video- Slim pulls it free in his cage before the identity crisis starts, but it's the Red General fighting for control when one of them manages to pull the pin.
The blue angel is an obvious embodiment of anarchism, the political view not the stupid misconception of the word right wingers and liberals have
I've always wondered what the blue gas was - releasing the peoples inner demons? But, why? It was clear that said demons weren't a fan of the robots. :o

Slim Pickens is quintessential Offspring. My mind was taken back to 2002 the first time I heard it. Great song!
Why this was supposed to be 2 songs I will never understand. This works magnificently as just one song.
Every single frame makes an amazing wallpaper.
I haven't listened to this for well over a year, cheers UA-cam recommendations this is great.
everything in this song is colour coded
yellow=good/slim
red =bad/red commander
blue=chaos/blue angel
orange=order/robots
gray=neutral/crowed
and I think that the gas was the robots trying to sniff out the demons in the crowed in order to kill them, and the reason it worked on slim was because the red com was fused with him by B angel.
edit: we can also possibly assume two things from the lyrics, #1: that blue angel's name is anarchy and #2: that the robots are trying to organize hell, all the demons in hell had hidden themselfs as everyone else. That's what the blue gas was for.
I don't think the blue angel is chaotic at all. I think it's a matter of calculus in grade school. That is, it's not easy to understand much of anything from the human perspective -- as if you live to be 100, you'll have seen so little, yet still be convinced that things have changed in a massive way. The best any can do is study so as to understand why something that seems chaotic is actually very definite order. Presuming you understood all of the variables going into the roll of dice, you could use fair dice and get the roll you expect every time without any hokey manipulation (like weighted or otherwise unfair dice).
Both sides are about to murder each other. Thus, both sides are evil. We just have a tendency to choose sides based on imagery, which is why some of the commenters see this and like red, while most, prefer yellow because of the character they've set as the protagonist versus a horned beast of a critter for red. If yellow was truly good, not a single red would die, and yet, they would still be victorious (IE, all of the red side might be put into a sleep-state and captured and processed with zero deaths).
Orange, and the hell they exist in, are pairs like you said, with demons in human suits, who swallow the remaining humanity in those around them when offered a "blue" gas, like a bait and food, giving them more strength than the human side. Like working with wild animals, you use nets to contain something that might lash out versus catching it with your bare hands. In the future, what amounts to a net, might just be a gun that temporarily paralyzes a given creature without a dart, or chemical. The robots aren't likely to be either consumed, or perverted by those who never mastered their sin around them.
