OMG Stephanie I have always been a latent baker but had no teacher or way to learn. the food network people are too fast and pre packaged. your style of teaching is memorable and give me confidence that I too can do it. I am so happy I tried this tonight with my daughter who is and we had quality family time thanks to you and your thoughtful teaching we were both excited and looking forwrd to being able to make what we always have to buy: pumpklin bread. Many thanks and may God bless you. Keep the recipes coming. try the cracker pudding from Amish country sometime. it is delicious.
I know this is a old vid, but I just tried this recipe yesterday and the whole family love it! I’ve been following your recipes for a few years and all of them were great! Thank you so much Stephanie
Mine just now came out of the oven. It's taking great restraint not to sample, but I'm saving it to take to a church staff meeting in the morning. Every single room in the house smells like a little corner of heaven! I didn't have two loaf pans, but I did have a very large one, so I adjusted my time and temperature accordingly. Also, instead of butter and flour for the pan, as whenever I do nut breads etc., I buttered and sugared my pan. It looks and smells wonderful! THANKS FOR SHARING!
Hello from the Bahamas! I tried your recipe last night and I just want to tell you it was awesome!!! Thank you so much for such great recipes. I'm an avid fan.
Hi Mrs. Jaworski! I'm from Vienna / Austria and 22 years old. I just wanted to tell you that I LOVE all of your videos and recipes. I've already tried a lot of them and each one was delicious. Here in Austria we don't use cups and that stuff so thank you for telling us how many grams you use :) So it is a lot easier for me ! You should definately visit Vienna. I'm sure you will love our "sweet dish" :) It's completly different to the American but also very nice. Regards from Vienna, Charlotte
I used parchment paper instead of butter and flour for the pans, it works really good snd it doesn’t affect the shape of the bread as long as you line it nicely😁. Have fun baking.
Wow! All of your recipes are a big hit !! Love to watch you, as also listen to you detailing every bit of the demo & that is why baking all that you demonstrate, is fun and total Success. Tku so much for your time & patience...I know baking must be your passion. Big fan of yours! Stay well, Stay safe! Love from Dubai!!
I think I'll half the bread recipe, keep the cream cheese filling the same amount, and either make one bread with a thicker vein or two veins of cream cheese! Thank you Stephanie and Rick!
That looks amazing. Its serendipitous that you posted this! I was just talking with my mom the other day and suggested making pumpkin bread for Thanksgiving but I didn't have a recipie. Great Video and thanks so much!
We love your comments however due to our busy schedule questions on the recipes may take some time. We check our Facebook page more often so if you would like a quicker answer post your question there. A link to our Facebook page is in the description above.
Hi Stephanie, Just made your pumpkin SCONE recipe using gluten free flour (I have celiac) and they are delicious! I've been able to swap out regular flour for gf flour in many of your recipes, and they all turn out great. (Pumpkin Cranberry bread, gingerbread boys and more!) Thanks for excellent recipes - keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it tonight for my in laws since they love pumpkin! It was so delicious and soft and the perfect amount of sweetness (I decided to leave out the chocolate chips) I will definitely be making it again and I’ll try one with the chocolate chips!

Happy October Stephanie! I love autumn and I love all things pumpkin! This looks like a delicious bread to make this time of year. Thanks again, for another fabulous video. Ask Rick to try to grab a shot of Baxter in each video. I love seeing his sweet little face ;) Happy harvest to you both!

I want to make this for the family. But, they might think I'm showing off.😁 pumpkin cream cheese bread, are you kidding me.. I love it. Great Job!
You know guys what I recommend? Substitute that water with orange juice! It makes a wonderful difference. Adds a nice tang to a bland pumpkin! Try it, and youll always use orange juice in your pumpkin bread!
Hi Stephanie love your recipies they are always a success can I use oil instead of butter for this recipie and how much home made pumpkin puree to use for this recipie
I have a combo question. If I bake this and let it "dry out" for a day or two could I use it for the pumpkin bread pudding? That way it would be double pumpkiny
Amazon bread. I love your recipes. I just had a question. In some of your recipes you use oil and in others butter. Can we just use oil in all of them? Also, I love your healthier version of quick breads. Can you please make more videos of healthy quick breads/ cakes etc Thanks a lot.
Can anyone recommend a see through disposable bread container ? I frost my pumpkin bread, so I can't wrap it or put it in a bag without messing up the frosting. I've looked everywhere on line but can't find the right sized container.
Hello Stephanie, You mentioned in your tutorial that the pumpkin bread can be stored in the frizzier for a few days. Did you mean that I can frizz the final product (after baking) or could I just frizz the batter?
Can i repleace the butter with an flavourless oil? Because i dont have to make the creaming method. And if i refrigerate the bread, it will become dry and tough with the butter. I need you to answer soon cause my pumpking is alredy in the oven! Pleasseeee answerrrrrrrrrrr stephanieeeeeee heeeeeelppppp
Nikkie Adams Although I used my homemade pumpkin puree and it is quite a bit 'wetter' than canned puree so I am hoping that helps. How did your turn out? I just noticed you posted the comment 17 hrs ago so I am sure you've tried a piece by now.

I love how she pronounces it as "punkin"
noticed that, CUTE!!!
It does depend on the recipe. But generally speaking, if a recipe calls for melted butter you could probably replace it with oil.
Happy Fall Ms Stephanie! I hope you are well! I’m excited to pull out this recipe again this weekend! I have gifted this bread and was even asked to sale it....it’s still my favorite and I don’t change a thing! 😋

Can I use this bread for pumpkin bread pudding?
Hi! I love watching your videos! they are so detailed and easy to follow! Can you do a video on how to do oreo truffles? :D
Not sure about that. Because of the cream cheese filling, this bread really needs to be refrigerated.
Awesome
Hello Stephanie, You mentioned in your tutorial that the pumpkin bread can be stored in the frizzier for a few days. Did you mean that I can frizz the final product (after baking) or could I just frizz the batter?

Yes, baking times can vary depending on the type of pan you use.
