is that a typo? it should be esp32
or wled already supports stm32.

do you have this all documented of measurements as build something to use non usable fireplace area. The Wled stuff and LED's well versed its the canvas to place the matrixs is what I need

How are we on powering this? Can we just run a high wattage power supply through the ESP32?

absolutly not via ESP32.. as you can see in the video there is a dedicate power line for each row.. you need a 5 volt power supply.
The power supply current depends on the intensity you want to give to the LEDs in the software. you may need 5V 10A or 5V 70A
