That must be what keeps me coming back. I honestly had not noticed that, but I have stopped watching many large tubers because they got massive money coming in and still try and sell you stuff. Edit: I would think youtube would be anti promotional adds that they don't post. It breaks the value of their premium service. People pay for no adds, only to be hit a few times a video... "now on to our sponsors"... I kinda understand when it's a smaller channel, but giants do it the most and I dislike it greatly.
I know of like 3 other UA-camrs that are all about fishing brother. You need to expand your horizons!! Definitely not as good as editing but they are still banger vids
I have been a long time subscriber and I really like how enthusiastic you are. The care you put into these wonderful videos is obvious and just the right amount of nature shots. Am I the only one who feels for the blue gills, how quickly they go from goody lunch to oops am lunch.
@danielhopkins1122 because he does a good job with the overall production and has a likeable personality. Only a few of the bigger channels are more diverse, having access to boats and the ability to travel

@@wakingforbacon6439 they do grow to the size of the tank. you can keep them in there, which is wrong to the fish, or release them into native flathead waters, or just eat them when they are head to tail as long as the tank.

I don’t think they were complaining about him. I think the officer just wanted to ask him to move back a bit since the other folks were within the restricted area and got tickets and he was right at the line. Unless I missed something.
Not getting a ticket either way is a W, guy was respectful and nice, it could have gone the opposite way and just said your over the line and ticketed you, very nice of that dude to just ask you to move.

Idk how well it works but I've seen people make catfish bait from raw hotdogs, diced garlic and kool aid cherry or some other red flavor. I'm on the east coast and chicken livers or chicken hearts also work for catfish. Hearts stay on the hook a little better. Good luck on your 100lb quest
Hi Nick were you not fishing for the big blues right after the spawn ,When you had the best luck? That's when I have had the best luck for lunkers. Time after time. That blue catfish getting snagged was what I ran into the other day. I was snagging in the shallows and as I was trying to pull out of the rocks a Musky hit the bait, unfortunately I thought I hit another rock and as I jerked the line, he broke the surface and threw the lure right back at me, Maybe I would have reacted differently if it wasn’t the first cast of the day and I was checking out the area. Great video, definitely makes me want to go back out and fish
Where are you at? It's so hard to fish AZ during the summer 😭😭 I always pay for a 1 year license and only use 9 months of it because the heat is ridiculous. I'm personally driving up north this weekend to do 3 or 4 days of fishing in Payson
If your going for that triple you ever think about getting out at night after dark for a few videos? I like your videos I live in North Dakota and we have a paddlefish or spoonbill snagging season ive got many over 60 pounds and one well over a 100. Can you keep paddlefish in that area? You should take the head and have it cleaned by beatles. They are so cool looking. I caught a 90# on the Missouri River and had the head cleaned.
Trying using 3 way rigs when fishing spillways like that. I have better luck keeping the bait off the bottom and loose less tackle, except for weights.
I don't recall those yellow poles the one time I went out there. I guess they are new. It's unfortunate about that paddlefish though. He was a nice one.
COE are rangers. I meet them all the time fishing the two lakes (reservoirs) here in North Central Arkansas. They have all been great, pointing out spots and what others have been using to catch fish with. COE has a policy of no access within 100 yards of a dam. They've been busy getting that posted. My guess is that's its both a safety and security issue.

One thing I love doing is catching little baby sunfish in our pond then rigging them up for live bait and I catch some bug sunfish that way!

We use the medium size frozen shrimp you have to peel the shell off of, use to catch monsters on the Tennessee river with it.

A cable stretched between the posts would be a good idea. Can you fish in your kayak up to the dam?
There are signs that say no boats beyond this point, but those poles are pretty new.
Since you are in that area, I'd fish some of the bays at night on the lake for Huge catfish. This dam at night is pretty decent too.
