This anime made me have feelings for this song
True, being my first ever anime to watch as a kid, it gave me the most true and nostalgic feeling whenever I listen to this, it reminds me of all the good and bad times in my life as if we're flashing before me. This song cannot be described by words to me, it's just that special, I hold this piece of music to the highest agree and I will take it to the grave with me.

I love this anime and this music box. It's so sad and i cry all the time i listen to this music because then i remember how sad and cruel was life for Lucy :( ( and sorry for my bad English:) i'm still learning)

I got the the music box off of Amazon and it's similar to the one in Elfen Lied. Even the tone is right plus you get a shell with it. The only bad thing I think they don't make it anymore and the price was around $50 to $60.

I've never liked the rain yet it seems to soothe my very soul....how odd.
same here outside where i am because in places like oregon and washington state the environment is used to rain so everything seems clean but where i am it's very very dry so when it rains it makes puddles of dirt everywhere so i hate the rain here but it does sound good i think it has something to do with being under an area without getting rained on and it's like a primal thing so you know you are safe from the elements,

i hate how people never watch it and say it's bad because germany and some other place rated it low like fucking obviously there is alot of gore and there is nudity some people aren't going to like it

@@dewolx7411 The anime ending sort of tried to redeem Lucy, showing that somewhere within her, she may have been the product of her enviroment instead of being a monster from the get go. The manga kind of confirms she is a straight up monster with no humanity within her anymore for not getting what she wants, sure it had more character but it did end up with a worse outcome. I guess thats just was always the intention of the writer.
