If you are a backyard bicycle mechanic like most of us you can build these bikes at a reasonable price with good parts of course I will not buy those cheap $100 engine kits I made that mistake in the past not worth it they come with cheap parts and they break down pretty quick but you can build a bike for less than 500 bucks depending how you buy the parts you can buy a frame with a built-in tank for a hundred bucks or 130 depends where you go you can find most bicycle parts on eBay for cheaper than the bike shop I put together a roller with a built-in gas tank less than three hundred bucks that's less than bike berries for a complete roller

stop tank leak by not over filling the tank.
Its syphoning fuel out, fuel should not touch the cap extension.
If fuel contacts the cap extension, fuel sloshing will pump fuel out by hydraulic compression.
For more range either carry an auxiliary tank or install a bigger tank.

Thank you SO much for the gas cap fix.I also used a dot of paint in the stamped arrow on the upper face corresponding to the vent hole inside the cap so I can put it highest.

Ok for the sprocket thing, I really don’t care. I appreciate you including it, but I got my sprocket on by putting a bunch of zip ties in.. haven’t ran into a untrue issue. I’ve been riding off-road for the past 2 years. Oh and the bike kit was a 90$ china doll and I beat the crap out of it... and the bicycle is a road master granite peak...

yeah i didnt have any problems with it too first, but when i got the sprocket off, i noticed i was riding with like all my spokes lose and the only thing that kept the wheel together were the rubber things from the sprocket lmao

I just got my engine kit today! :D Regarding the gas can lid, I was looking at it tonight and thinking, it would probably work well to rub a little petroleum jelly on the inner rubber membrane. Would have to be reapplied over time, of course, but still, it'd create a "seal" between the rubber membrane and the metal gas can "spout" (whatever it's called lol).

China dolls aren't bad if you can take them apart and lube and grease them where they need it and tighten all the bolts. If you can't do that then go ahead and spend twice as much for someone else to do it.

I will see one of your ideas and say, thats like what I did when ... seen my NO FLAT TIRES video.I could see you doing it, but probably more professional than me, but the HACK is along the same lines. they might be homebrewed but they WORK.. kEEP mAKING videOS. Great video as always! These are some really good tips that I'll be sure to remember once I start my build, which will hopefully begin after Christmas. I was wondering if you have any experience with Bike Berry, that's where I'm planning to purchase my both my bike and engine kit from, as well as a few upgraded parts.

+Skit tles Hello Skit tles! Thank you very much! I really apricot the kudos! I think my very first build I got the engine through but I honestly don't remember 100%. I get my bikes from bikebuyers.com and my engine kits through gas bike.net. So far I've had decent luck with both. Unfortunately there is no one I have found that sells a high end kit with high end parts. They all sell the kits with the same cheap parts which is why I have to go through a bunch of different places to get the good parts. If you have any questions on parts or anything else feel free to email me at sinistercustomcycles@gmail.com or Facebook.com/sccmn. Keep me updated on your build!

Thanks again for the quick reply! I'll definitely make a video series on my build once I start to get all the parts. I think I've decided to go with a Micargi Tahiti rather than the Huntington. I prefer the colors a little bit more. I'll be looking forward to your next video. Happy Thanksgiving!

+Skit tles That's a good looking bike too! I see what you mean about the colors too! Great choice! Can't wait to see the progress of your build! Thank you very much! I hope you have a great holiday as well!

Get off the gas bro. My gas tanks have never leaked out the cap unless my bike was on its side. A hack to keep it from leaking out the bottom of the tank where the lil bolts are would be helpful.

Under $600? Really? Kept mine under $200. Bicycle and the engine kit. At $600 it wouldn't be fun anymore, i'd get a scooter that's street legal for like $700-$800!

Got news for him: Go watch vids of Staton Inc kits. Those are quality that dont cost $1000.
