I’ve had my OT 106 PDL for 3 years and I absolutely love it!! I agree….the weight is my only complaint! I’m waiting for OT to make an electric PDL assist version for this kayak….then I would probably upgrade. Other than that….this is an amazing kayak! 👍🤡👍

I honestly don’t think I’ll ever upgrade to another kayak from this one. Because any upgrade over this you’ll start getting into used boat price territory. Which is where I want to be at some point. But I would never get an electric version of this kayak because there’s a lot of bodies of water where I live where I couldn’t use it because it would be a motorized vessel.

Most my rods are 7' and hard to put in the cab of the truck and really don't like leaving them in the bed of the truck. Can you store rods inside the kayak when transporting?

I have the same model and color you have I love it. This is the one I think of as my fishing boat, I havea lifetime tamarak also that is so light I throw it all over the place.. but my old town is built solid and heavy, I can load ALL my fish gear and have lots of room to carry other peoples stuff

Yeah they really are great kayaks. You can literally put anything on them. Best thing I’ve ever bought for fishing

How much water comes in through the hole of the peddle drive? Seems between that and the scupper holes the floor would stay wet and annoying.

Not a lot of water comes In through the peddle drive. As for the scupper holes, I have scupper valves that allow water to drain but keeps water from coming back in
