What did we do before we had all these great new products like layering stencils and blending brushes, etc. Thanks for making such a lovely card for us today.
I just learned that turning the paper was the trick. I just fussy cut a tiny die cut. I wouldn't have attempted this before. Thanks for another great video!
Pink perfection….would be lovely for Valentines Day, too! (Cannot tell you how many times I’ve brushed away a little of the embossing powder like you did today! I felt your pain, Cathy.) 😅 💌
Cathy, Thank you so much for doing this stamp and stencil set. Your timing was perfect. I tried using mine last weekend and was not successful, although I don't care for the idiot proof phrase. I was thinking of throwing the stencil away cause it didn't seem like it fit well into some of the corners.I am going to give it another try and do the second stencil after the third, like you did. Yours turned out beautifully so wish me luck!
@@czdesign I did it and it turned out beautifully!!! Thanks for your encouragement. I realized that this stencil, unlike others that I have, has the printing on the opposite side that you turn the stencil to to do the inking. No wonder that I couldn't get it to match up. I am so glad that I saw your video. Now this is one of my favorites because it is so pretty. Thanks!
You did lovely job...but that's all too fiddly for me! With open line images like these, I think it's fun and almost fool proof, to do the splatter technique with inks or watercolor on the cs with whatever colors you like & then stamp over that. It makes it look quite artsy and random...!
tely with you, I'm pretty happy with my coloring most of the time, until it's for/on a card to send someone, I keep bugging my poor DH to tell me it's good enough to send with a stencil I wouldn't feel the need to do that, I'd like a die As W,ell after a stroke I have no use of my left hand, so he is nice enough to do my fussy cutting for me, but I hate asking all the time
Yep stamps with stencils was my dream 30 years ago - now they’re all over the place. YAY
I love the simplicity of this card.
You are by far the very best demonstrator...keep up the excellent work. ❤
Fussy-cutting is an art that you have mastered!!!!
It only took me five years! hahah
I don’t know Anything about stamping but I really liked watching you do this coloring…… your talented!!!!

I’m surprised you don’t have the layers numbered on your stencil yet.
Hi Cathy - Anyway you can post a link for that 5 tier lazy Susan?
Yes indeed: amzn.to/3JLA7BL
@@czdesign thank you!!!
What’s the trick to a good stamp in the edge/corners?
Probably just even pressure! but i tell ya, a Misti helps!
@@czdesign I bought the Misti but I’m new to this.

That is a good hubby!
I wipe my stencils with a baby wipe and wash later in the sink.
