Welcome back to our infamous Dufferin Project! Our purpose built multi-family boutique apartment building is nearing completion. The last time we were here, the trade contractors had started all of their ruffins: the plumbing, the electrical and the HVAC. Those are now complete on the top 3 floors. But the building is not finished yet, so let me show you what's been done and what's getting done on the Dufferin Street Project!

Hey Darren, nice project on Dufferin.
I also saw one of your older videos on doing underpinning. I think it was your Oakmont project and you mentioned that it was 56k to do the entire underpinning.
We got drawings and approved permit to do underpinning in our townhouse also in the Dufferin area. Was wondering which underpinning company you would recommend? It's been quite the headache for us to find the right people.
