I will not rent anything above 6000 that is $307 dollars, why, becuase i only getting $1,080 a month on soc sec, no need to pay more than you cannot afford, the rest is enough for me,for food ,medical insurance, and going out to buy some tacos, don't drink nor smoke and keep to myself, regards from Boston MA!!

But the south and west are underrated, so you'll find lots of good deals in those areas.
