Yes I find it so hard to lose weight on my legs it’s mainly muscle but still feel like I’d be a faster runner if I could slim down my legs particularly the waist to knee area 👍
Do all those crazy workout videos you posted negatively impact your training for running? Or do they not really make that big of an impact overall? I love watching them, but it makes me wonder because some of them seem like they would be hard to recover from because they are extreme
Hey unfortunately there isn’t specific ways to target certain areas (ie. your legs) that you want to lose fat on. The only way to lose fat in any area is to do a calorie deficit. I know you probably don’t care but I figured I’d comment lol
Even though you had this planned out for a while, being sick the week before, I would’ve postponed this for a while. Sometimes you have to listen to your body instead of doing it for a pr or a video
Upload consistently for at least a year! It took me almost a year and a half to reach 1,000 subs!! Keep uploading videos that people will want to watch and constantly improve on your video quality each video! Hope this helps and GL!
Tip for losing thigh weight: don't eat pasta 10 times a day... that goes directly to ur thighs. u only need to eat pasta like 2-3 times a week. and definitely the night before a race.
You can’t lose weight in a specific area of the body AKA spot reducing. All you can do to lose weight is be in a calorie deficit. Or if you wanted your thighs to look better you could do some lifting as well as running to get some muscle definition going
