    Shakshuka is an easy, healthy breakfast (or any time of day) recipe in Israel and other parts of the Middle East and North Africa. It’s a simple combination of simmering tomatoes, onions, spices and gently poached eggs. It’s nourishing, filling and one recipe I guarantee you’ll make time and again. We have simplified this recipe with Indian spices.
    Ingredients:
    Eggs - 5
    Onions - 2 Large (finely chopped)
    Tomato Puree - 1 Cup (grind 3 medium size tomatoes )
    Green Chilies - 2 (finely chopped)
    Black Pepper- 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garam Masala- 1/2 Teaspoon
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Red Chili Powder - 1 Teaspoon
    Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
    Salt - as required
