Mox amber looks pretty mediocre here and to allow for really busted draws with it you'd kinda need a 1 mana white legend, or like in general at least 7ish 1 mana legends. Kitheon or maybe skrelv would probably be the least insane picks. I fear it would be playing bad cards to make a bad card better, but there might be a small chance that skrelv + guide -> pride + ajani or something like that is enough better than guide -> ajani / pride + x to be worth it.
Mox amber in general could be worth another look in general, a lot of good cheap legends around, tamiyo for example or inti.

why do you keep casting flare on your opponents' end steps? isn't it the exact same as if you held onto it to cast on your own turn?(plus the new information of what you draw) the only difference I can think of is force of negation, and you did it vs decks that weren't blue

Voice definitely isn't maindeck material, but I think Voice could be alright as a sideboard tech against control. 2/2 for two doesn’t cut it anymore, but a 2/2 for two that generates one or two scaling bodies might be okay. It's just the only matchup it would even be relevant in is probably Frog midrange
