4:12 FYI: I said this when you put them on Bravens truck... These are D800 made for circle track racing. You will not want these if you plan on drag racing the truck. Just figured I'd let you know that with a good heat cycle, they are actually harder than a traditional drag slick or radial.
You won't notice anything with the sway bar until you go around a corner and you'll get body roll. The sway bar is what gave you the most travel. And also the front can only travel as much as the shock will let it.
There's no way I would get rid of the sway bar I would get sway bar disconnect end links . Or just disconnect it when I race. You be going down the beltway and get that death wobble you wish you had it hooked up.
I don't let my kids play on a public roads in the first place, that's the real issue here, being a vigilant parent! Im not taking up for the guy either, just stating the facts.
just a thought, if your looking for a budget deal with great handling on the fronts. i use rear honda goldwing tires. handle great. and like 75 bucks a piece.
They do make quick disconnect sway bar links for off reading better for the street with a sway bar then when your at the " track " then you can disconnect then
Sounds so much better..i wanna hear kakhi with more of an exhaust..i have h22 crx with two of the long cherrybombs and dumped right after and it sounds so much better than when i only had one gets rid of the gross honda rasp and headach but still breaths good and still got sounds when your rippin
Coulda got a cam and springs instead of them control arms, get some chop and a little power. If you run that rear tire setup with skinnies on the front youre going to get picked on by dudes with 600+ hp running hard tires lol
Enjoying the build ive got a round body 2 door 6.0/4l80e/8.8 an its a blast to drive. An working on my 85 s10 now ive got the 6.0 an cd009. Do you plan on the 98+ blazer brakes swap? I've done it before and it makes a big difference on the s10 an the blazer sway bar helps.

I did a 4" drop on my 89 blazer with springs and spindles. I used shocks from a mid 70's v8 chevy monza and it doesn't bottom out when driving.

With upgraded suspension he might not even notice it then. I didnt notice it at all with my mustang with upgraded suspension.
But my mustang has a much lower center of gravity.
Shocks play a MASSIVE difference, probably the majority.

17 X 4.5 front rims. In the 80's on our VW's we ran motorcycle tires on our 17's. It looked sick. Your exhaust sounds Super nice. I love the tone.
Much cleaner and sweet sound with the new exhaust. You might want to see about a way to do a independent sway bar that allows the travel for each side
