You will need the "plus" plan to get access to recurring donations. If that is what you purchased then contact their support. They are pretty responsive and helpful.
Oh that may be a conflict with the theme you have installed. One quick way to check is to go to you Appearance > Themes and activate a different theme (preferably a WordPress default theme like "2022" or some other year. Then test again. If you still get an error contact the GiveWP support team (givewp.com/contact-us/). They are usually pretty helpful.

Hi, thanknyou for this video. I purchased the licence but I have a bunch of add ons except the recuring. Do you rhink they renamed it?
