Here is how you can customize the thank you emails that get sent to your donors. You can also customize the email notifications that get sent to your admins and "who" gets those emails.

Is the "Email" feature included in the free plug in? Or do I need to purchase a paid version. It doesn't say on the website table. Also, I am only using one site, but making different pages with in the one site for each pre order Kettle Corn group fundraiser. Do I need an upgrade of this?

No need to upgrade. The email feature is in all versions. And you can make a different fundraising campaign for each Kettle Corn group and put them on their own page. No need to upgrade.

I am having trouble adding form fields to my donation email as they aren't listed in the "Available template tags for this email" section. I copied the meta key from the form fields manager area and embedded it in the the email. After I saved the new email and did the preview, instead of showing the data it just showed the meta key , "{meta_donation_who_would_you_like_to_honor}". How do I fix this? Thanks for your videos!

This may be more about the test email not having real data to work with. If you don't think that is the issue, then just contact the GiveWP support team at wordpress.org/plugins/give/. It would be best if you could screen record what you are doing. That helps them best. To do this I use Loom. I love Loom. So easy to share screen recorded video.

@@npally Thank you so much! I'll do a small donation to test it. I haven't used the test mode as I wasn't sure if I could do one donation form in test mode while all the other donation forms are live. Is that possible?

@@sssheatx It is possible to test one form and not the others but you would need to install a GiveWP premium addon that allows you to use different payment gateways on each form. I would just test it late at night, and put the whole site into test mode. It should only take five minutes to do the test. And then just put the payment gateway back live again.
