- Starweirds were a species of incorporeal humanoids found only in space. Tall and gaunt, they possessed long, sharp talons, wild white hair, and glowing eyes. The creatures appeared to spacers repairing their starships in space, or aboard vessels traveling through hyperspace.
This film is an analog horror take on an encounter with a Starweird.

We honestly need a analog horror based on Abeloth herself in star wars, she's the closest thing to an eldritch horror in star wars
This was brilliant, you managed to actually make Star Wars scary based off of one it’s theories great work! My only minor note is that I wish we heard the shriek of the starweird. Besides that. Perfect
If you heard it it means it’s too late for you dude.
Unless you’re Luke Skywalker that one time
Stanley Zanthos, he is one of my Star Wars OC’s.
He was once a Young Esteemed Captain of a large Star Freighter during the Imperial Era. He had two Crew Members who were secretly Jedi that had survived Order 66. Captain Stanley was on a usual freight run when all of a sudden, the hyperdrives had a Malfunction and his ship was ripped from Hyperspace. Now they were in an empty region of space. Captain Stanley, knowing how dangerous the situation was, ordered his mechanics to quickly fix the hyperdrive and bring them back into hyperspace.
Stanley Looked out into the emptiness of space, and out there, he saw something. He wasn’t sure what it was so he grabbed his binoculars and looked more closely. It looked less like something, but someone. It was Humanoid, with a very skeletal frame. Hands with 3 sharp claws on each, floating white hair, strips of cloths on its degrading body. Then he saw it’s face, and Stanley Zanthos’ Blood turned to ice, and his skin went pale. Then he heard the Scream. Shortly after, he heard behind the closed doors to the bridge, the igniting of lightsabers, and then screams and cries, and then … Silence.
Stanley Zanthos was so freaked out, he ordered his mechanics to quickly fix the hyperdrive. They soon did, and Stanley Zanthos quickly jumped his ship into hyperspace, fleeing from the Starwierd like a Bat outa Hell.
When the finally arrived to the destination, it was discovered that the Two Jedi who were Zanthos’ favorite crew members were killed. Stanley was forever scarred from then on out. He lost his captain’s license, and he became a wanderer, traveling aimlessly around the galaxy, and when he had to go into space, he would by the sleeping quarters no one else wanted to, and those were the rooms deep inside the ship. Zanthos wanted to put as many layers of durasteel between himself and the vacuum of space as possible. Eventually, he got over his fears thanks to a friend he made, Virgil Dapper, an expert droid mechanic. Virgil and Stanley, shortly after the Battle of Endor, got a job for Goozzmar & Company, a small cargo freight business that operated in The Confederacy of the United Systems of the Koton Republic, out in Wild space, and they occasionally bring their business to the Outer and Mid Rims. Stanley, despite being a very possessive guy, still has fears for Deep Space, because he will NEVER Forget the day his two best friends perished. And now he is even more worried, as in Goozzmar’s company, their are Two Force Wielders, Yaulle Nathmorth (An old Human Grey Jedi), and Zyros Al (an Immian from Zu Raa Imm, a Planet in a region of the Great Central Nebula called The Deep Dark), and both are Force Users. Stanley can’t help but worry about what will happen if He has another Starwierd encounter.
This really shows how the unknown regions is a terrifying place can be
You know what’s more terrifying than the stories people tell about the things they saw in the unknown regions?
*Survivor’s bias.*
make one about the pain and torture vader felt constantly in the suit
I really like this idea and I will definitely look into it. Thank you for your suggestion
i was wondering if anyone made an analog horror using star wars yet specifically with the star weirds and i’m happy to have found this. Would love to see more star wars! i think Ewoks would work great for an analog horror, especially since they have an enemy of their own known as the gorax who live in the mountains. they come down to attack the villages and eat the ewoks as well, you could also do something sort of like Ewok Hunt from Battlefront 2 where stormtroopers or some other group have to travel through the forest to get to a rendezvous point but are hunted by the ewoks
Aside from the voice acting, this is pretty damn good. Id love to see something like this later on down the line, with minor improvements and tweaks.
Really good job!
Thank you for your kind words and feedback. Feedback helps the content get better after all.

Being the first AH film I’ve seen for Star Wars, it’s a great start! Idk how many other videos there are of this genre, but I sure hope it catches on. Well done!
Gotta say, voice acting could use a little work, but other than that great video, I love the tension and I love how we didn’t get a big jumpscare until the very end, keeping the tension though out the entire video
I think something related to the Blackwing virus would be a cool Zombie analog horror idea
I was thinking about making something like this because I love analog horror and I love Star Wars not only that the Starweirds are so underrated they need to be in more Star Wars media in the sequel to Jedi survivor. I hope we have to fight and run from one as a terrifying boss encounter maybe even hide like in alien isolation
Doubt it. Starwierd simply won't fit in game like this. But if it was some grounded genre, maybe some kind of FPS shooter like Republic Commando, or (even better) like System Shock, it would fit perfectly.
@@koras9606 I just hope we see more of them in Star Wars I feel like a black series figure of one would sell even to casual fans because who doesn’t love a heavy metal looking space banshee that’s awesome if they ever make one I’m gonna get it and put it next to my 80$ Dementor figure I love horror especially in Star Wars and Harry Potter as I am a hardcore fan of both franchises
I like to imagine the victims are rebels.
Honestly underrated. Starweirds are the most terrifying creatures in starwars
And it's awesome that they're Canon now
@@calebcollins9921i didnt even know that they're canon. Thats great
@@thesithofearth3617 they recently became Canon in one of Doctor Aphra's new comics
Thank you for your kind comment. I agree with you, the starweird is truly a horrifying creature
The first scene with the stars reminded me of the original twilight zone
twilight sparkle 😀
Ladies and gentlemen this is not a drill, some brilliant person made a star wars analog horror holy sh-!!

Make one about the ewoks
Could you give a little more details on what about the ewoks I should do? Thank you
@@CLASCAThe ewoks were apparently strong enough to rip apart limbs
one left imperial survivor who was left behind on endor as he walks he sees other imperial troopers hanging by their necks and other troopers with just their torsos and they want to kill you because you tried to capture their "golden God" aka C3-P0
More Star Wars analog horror plz!
I really enjoyed creating this one, so I certainly won’t mind doing it again. Any ideas?
@@CLASCA I’d look into the mgnall mgnall, Abeloth, and other creepy legends stuff. The mgnall are incredibly disturbing for no reason
@@CLASCA Abeloth, the mgnall mgnall, project blackwing
Star Wars legends has a lot of crazy stuff
@@CLASCAgeneral grevious, maybe some anakin Skywalker temple footage, what actually happened during the councils failed Senate arrest footage, mustifar fight footage, vitiate ritual, Darth nhilus footage, the yuzong vong
