Shark steamer - no steam - not working

It looks like a ALAN key. It doesn’t look like a regular Phillips.

Sounds like distilled water is key to these steamers.

I have the same problem. Everything is too crowded and it is very difficult to put everything together

Putting it back together was the worst part, I apologize I should have recorded more video about that but got frustrated in the process

Any hints on how to put this thing back together? The pump doesn’t seem to want to fit back in…a pic would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry I don't have a picture, I wish I did. I remember that being the hardest part. I should have documented that part in more detail

It does go back together, I remember having to be somewhat forceful with it....

Took it apart, couldn’t put it back together.. now it’s in the trash!😂

I'm sorry I didn't take better video of putting it back together, I had a hard time as well, got focused on putting it back together and missed recording it
