well you need to practice alot to be talented.. also you cant get through things with just just commitment, if you are really really bad at your instrument then you still cant make it
@@person8987 I think you have a wrong understanding of what talent is and also, you probably didn't get the meaning of my text. Talent doesn't come with practice. Talent is a gift from nature or God if you like. You either have it or you don't. Having a talent doesn't take you anywhere if you don't study countless ours, be committed and forget having a lazy and easy life and partying here and there. I 've known people that they were a lot less talented than others but with commitment and studding hard they managed to be to a greater level than others who had the talent but no real interest. Talent can take you so far but if you don't study and work as hard as this lady has done then you can't be at the top, where she is now.

I don't know why it has taken me so long to appreciate her. There is such a big difference between a great guitarist that makes her living just simply playing, & a great guitarist that makes her living giving guitar lessons.
her technique is simply flawless. i was watching some flamenco guitar videos and left the room. i came back and this autoplayed and my jaw literally hit the floor. all of her notes ring so cleanly. this made my night.
You were listening to flamenco....and then Piazzolla came on.....That's our Argentine fate, for some reason we and our music are somehow considered "Spanish".. even this version of Piazzolla's music sounds a bit flanenquish during certain passages, and it shouldn't.Rodolfo Valentino, we and the gauchos have long forgotten you.

My dad used to play fragments of this song. It's so crazy to hear those songs you relate with specific moments, people wonder if time travel could be possible... what they don't realize is that it's not just possible but accessible, only one song is what you need.
There must have been enormous dedication (and blessing) to perform like this musician !

Ana, you were EXCELLENT! I have NEVER heard Piazzolla played so well on the guitar. Not even from someone from Argentina!! The Republic of Argentina should grant you honorary citizenship!! Brava!! And your sense of time and rhythm is impeccable.

¡¡QUE TECNICA TAN PERFECTA !!!! manejo de todos los recursos de la guitarra, ligados, armónicas, esa mano izquierda que pisa perfectamente en todas las notas, nunca un arrastre, un chillido... Y esa mano derecha subiendo para "endulzar" y bajando para hacer más seco el sonido..... Siempre cuando corresponde. Nunca un efecto exagerado....Huauuu..... He escuchado interpretaciones (y en mi juventud estudié 10 años guitarra) de muchos maestros, pero esta Señorita me deslumbró...... Felicitaciones !!! Hermoso, simplemente perfecto.-

Shane Chilman, I am not a jealous wannabee classsical guitar player. If you want to hear a truly gifted classical guitarist, listen to Chaconne Klaverenga playing Paganini’s caprice #5. Ana’s most recent offering is two and a half minutes of what I would classify as beginner level music. I wonder if Ana is transitioning out of music to concentrate on other interests.
No, the thumbs down are from argentinians and uruguayans, possibly other south americans . She plays all the notes, but she needs to travel there, and play with local musicians. Her superb playing inclines toward the classical and lacks the tango. But, shes young and of course we love her. For example, that milonga. Does she know its a milonga that lasts some seconds?

I had tickets to see her in April 2020 but the event was cancelled due to Covid. I was so bummed - I've been wanting to see her play live for years. Until then, I'll enjoy her recordings.

I have been a big fan of Ana's playing for years. I think she is one of the most musical guitar players out there. And woefully under-rated. She should be on a major label and have a lot more recordings IMO.

Mastery on the guitar , and extremely beautiful as well , like all excellent guitar players puts her stamp on the pieces she plays, just excellent guitar playing. Sat and watched her for hours never get tired of listening to her or looking at her ;-)
