All I can say is WOW! The house and the grounds looks fabulous now. You turned that place into a show stopper. Who knew that lot would look like that after all of that over growth was taken out. You guys worked HARD! and it sure does show. GREAT JOB!

You did a terrific job trimming those trees. All cleaned up, they looked fantastic! I was also so touched when I saw what you had done with the rocks, putting them as a border around the tree and adding nice fresh soil or mulch. You are an artist and so is your friend!

Hope the owner let's you remove the big bushes by the stairs. Also, need to hide the billboards across the street. Otherwise, the property can breathe again. Glad the ivy is gone. So destructive.

Wow, this is going to be a big job!!! So nice to expose the rock wall, ivy is pretty but so aggressive and buries everything in its path! Great job!!! Using the hedge trimmer makes fast work of the removal too. Wow, what a transformation!!! How nice to clean up properties and make them great again. Excellent work you all have done here. Chris is the Hedge Master. He ripped out those vines and weeds in a flash. James, Edge Master/Tree Chopper, was very impressive. Very nice clean up of the yard and sidewalk!

Looks great! I think the 2 bushes at the front on either side of the front walk would look better as boxes or removed. Just my opinion. This old house has so much going for it and now it looks even better after all you and your teams' hard work.
Thank you! If it were me, I would remove those bushes and start with something smaller and easier to maintain.
These old homes are such diamonds in the rough. Just by doing all the hard landscaping, you've shown this one's potential!! You won't believe this, but I pulled up the address on Google Earth and there you guys were! They programmed the streets while y'all were working on the yard! Sweet!
I couldn't believe it so I had to look it up. Too bad that wasn't us. Still cool to see that someone actually used to mow there. 🤣😂

I enjoyed it!! I am a 77yr old great-gramma. I enjoy yard work. Watching y'all brought back wonderful memories of my childhood of daddy working in our huge yard and mom in her garden. They were meticulous. How coincidental that I married a man that mirrored my dad in many ways. I miss them all so much.

This is amazing, hard and good work. Your skill and dedication are well noted. Glad you brought a trailer because this project is not like a simple lawn mowing. Trimming trees, vines and bushes leave a ton of debris. Very well 👏 done.

Am always amazed at some of neatest and great design homes that are abandoned for whatever reason. It's sad these homes rot to the ground when there's families needing a home. So many are homeless, maybe through no fault of their own. Awesome u take the time and sweat to clean them up
Thank you Tim! There are many homes like this in our area that need more work than they are worth because people have destroyed or let them go. It is sad to see that. Hopefully, this made people realize there can be a diamond under all the rough.
You guys took excellent care of that property, never mind that the front lawn was sloped instead of level. A whole lot of trimming and edging, and that place looked like it was brand new. Mighty fine.

A night and day transformation for the home ,ten years tree and ivy growth cut back you have given light to the rooms ,the paths are open for use and the sidewalk for safe use ,the first time in many years!
