HELP JAYMEE PAY BILLS DURING CHEMO
I would like to thank you for supporting the channel and a lot of people said that they would like to help me with monetary compensation but I would ask that instead of helping me if you could donate to help Jaymee, who has stage 4 cancer and must receive chemo for the rest of her life with only a 15% chance of survival. If you are unable to give through financial support it would mean the world if you could just copy and past the link to your favorite social media platform by doing this together we can help her to take care of her children, continue to pay her bills and ensure that she is able to make wonderful memories with her together that are void of finical stress.
"money is just a tool to help others and life spent helping others is a life well lived. "
Thank you so much for your love, kindness and support.

I mow my neighbour’s front lawn on my ride-on mower without so much as a verbal agreement, my wife asked why I do it? I said, well I get a government pension and these neighbours work long hours and don’t get time to mow. So I mow their front lawn as a form of gratitude because all the tax they pay on their wages pays my pension and not having to do their front lawn gives them more family time. Just a wave or tilt of their hat is enough thanks for me👍 oh and ultimately the street looks better and we all benefit from that.
That last sentence was the haymaker! 👍🏿
You paid for your pension. Don't let anybody fool into thinking the government is paying for it! It doesn't detract from you being extra nice to help your neighbors just don't think that's part of it for one minute..
We all pay taxes... including you. So you’re doing it because you’re a good person. Period. Keep walking your soul path. 💫💫💫.
Wow you've got such great heart, stay safe and keep being you😁👍
God bless you for your good deeds
I discovered these types of videos a few months ago. I do not know why I like it, but I do. I have been cutting 4 yards for free in my neighborhood for a few years since I retired. They could no longer do it. I charge them baked cookies as a fee. All my equipment is battery-powered. Thanks to you & everyone who steps up.
They are relaxing to me.
3:03 Thank you for helping others. . .
You are kind. My sister’s family did this for a sick and dying neighbor. The wife had to work and take care of him. They were so thankful.
...and YOU as well.
Touched to tears by your share as well as every reply 🙏🙏🙏💓💓💓🙏💓💓💓
I'm in Australia and I've never known anyone who is so kind. I am 72 and find my lawn very hard to do. I love watching your channel, thank you for sharing. May God bless you guys.😊💙🧡💚💜
I'm in Adelaide Australia & we have discovered a wonderful man who could retire & live an extremely comfortable life but he continues to work as a gardener because he loves his job. His flyer says "overgrown gardens are my passion". The icing on the cake is that his quotes are so low! He won't even accept a tip! We are so lucky. 😊
@@cousinsister69 we had someone like that here, we used to make tea and prepare bikkies whenever he came over and have a good ol' natter.
He kept doing our yard long after he retired from mowing just for the chats 😊
Greetings from nacogdoches tx
There definitely needs to be more help with lawns for older people globally, also backyards they can't walk far and are starting to not be able to do activities they enjoyed or even get rid of weeds it's tragic but if I was older and not able to do anything on my own having to stare at grass growing taller every month yeah that would be depressing.
So am I. I just commented too. I mentioned how people are quick to call the Council to complain yet they’d never think to knock and ask if I need help! Same as you. Your neighbours would see you mowing etc. why the hell aren’t they offering to help? There’s no selfless acts anymore. 🥲
I have to say I've mowed my neighbors lawns when they needed mowing for years and I've always appreciated when someone does the same for me. Shoveling walks, mowi g lawns, weeding flower beds are all appreciated.
Good to see someone working to help others and make someone else's life a bit less difficult.
Keep up the good work.
Good for you Sue
I wish. I had someone like you where. I live
Even though it was scheduled for demolition, it doesn't matter, you stepped up. You're good people, we need more like you. May your blades never dull.
Agreed, there!
I love that..may your blades never dull.
And your string never end…
I wish these kind of historical homes were not being demolished.
All your hard work for a demo. ????
I believe once a property is demolish the land gets clear up. Can you send an invoice? I know when the city possesses the land, they hire someone to cut the grass.
Cannot believe that property is scheduled to be demolished, beautiful little bungalow, nice grounds, and a great horticulturist to boot.
GREED
Property could of been bought up by someone who wants to rebuild....not sure how long this house sat empty but houses that sit for long time develope mold inside...we never get to see inside these homes that are abandoned, so we don't know what condition the inside is in
Exactly what I thought. I'm confident that home could sell easy. The city must want to turn this area from residential to commercial property.
Would be a great investment property for someone. Don't demolish it. Has so much character.

I am glad that the barbed wire didn't damage your mower. Thank you for the generous work that you do. You are a great man.
When he was a teenager, my son would mow the lawn for a cantankerous old woman we loved and adored. She wasn’t family, but she didn’t have family in our state so we adopted her as our kids’ grandma. She would feed my kids hard candies wrapped in strawberry wrappers and tell us stories of her life, including when she was a child, running for the bomb shelter in her back yard in Germany during WWII (she migrated to the USA when she was 21). Her stories made me cry and gave my children a new perspective on that war.
One hot summer day in 2019 she decided to pull a dandelion in her back yard, had a heart attack and died the next day. Boy do we all miss her.
That is so very sad. Sweet about her stories and you giving her your time and love.❤
Just an idea check with your local American legion and see if they know a veteran in need of a major overhaul. It would be a way to get views and give back to those that served. Just an idea. Keep up the great work!!!
Great idea. Love it.
That would be incredible.#salute

Such a shame to demolish this place! It seems to be in fairly good shape and I love rock homes. Kevin, you are masterful at taking a hay field and turning it into a LAWN! I would have done the same thing, blowing the grass into the edge of the vacant lot next door. FANTASTIC JOB AS ALWAYS! 💗
I just don't get people who don't blow the cuttings to the outside edge
It's kind of sad in a way that the casino owns it. Someone probably lost everything including their house to gambling addiction.
It's possible, but it's also possible it was purchased as a home (or future home) of casino management/ownership. It could be/been a perk. I'm assuming the lot is not adjacent to the casino, otherwise that could be another reason for their ownership.
I can’t believe someone would suggest to stop or you would get sued. This is exactly why we can’t do nice things for strangers anymore, fear of being sued. So so sad gone are the days of doing something wonderful for someone who clearly needs the help. Keep cutting the yards. Your a wonderful human being! Much respect!

Awesome job and very nice of you to do. There's not enough people around any more that do nice things for others. If nothing else, it helps the neighborhood look better. Thanks for caring.
At our previous home I used to mow a treacherous 1acre overgrown yard for a neighbor. Just helping a single mother with 3 boys. One Down’s Syndrome. All kinda strange folks. But, being good samaritan neighbor.
But, one day while mowing her yard my tractor engine seized.
I could not repair it. I am disabled myself. And at the mower repair shop even with the guy charging bare bones, it was going to cost more than the tractor was worth. More than what I could buy another for. So, my Craftsman tractor sat there at the shop til he closed down.
I had no money for another one.
My yard was too big for a push mower, even self go.
So, I had to borrow a mower from another neighbor just to do my own yard.
My 16 yr old son begrudgingly mows the much smaller yard at the house we own now.
I used to love mowing on my tractor. For years I used to say that was my therapy and stress relief. Also, I did my best thinking while out there mowing.
When we had a big snow, I cleared a lot of sidewalk on my street and did a few older people's driveways. The one old man said "don't waste your gas on me" I said you may need to get out in an emergency. Later, one of the older women brought me a plate of brownies. I feel good when I help people. I don't expect anything in return.
I saw that!! Big Snow, did u say?? Yikes we should be so lucky. Just wind, sand, rough surf.. and waterfalls..

What an incredible man! His heart is so big. It makes me so sad that I'm not financially able to help. I wish nothing but the best for the woman who is suffering through grade IV cancer. As for the wonderful man who undertook this endeavor, all I can say is 'man what a man what a man he is!'
The world needs more people like you. Definitely a random act of kindness. Keep up the good work.
AND MAY..JESUS. ..LOOK AT YOUR WORK.. GOD BLESS YOU..SIR..
Amen
It would be nice for the state to award you something for all your free hard work in making it a more pleasant place to live.
It would be a nice gesture on the owner’s part, to give you something in return.
In kind.
That beautiful craftsman style house was hidden behind all that tall grass. That was quite the job cutting that all down. It’s a nice big piece of property. To bad no one lives there. It could be beautiful. If a casino owns it they have more than enough money to keep the property up. Shame on them.
Thankyous for trimmings and cuttings beautiful lawns best friend I loves your beautiful awesome vedios ok thankyous God bless you all aways ✌️🙏just keeps it goings forwards ok thankyous Ramiro nice too meets you
I owned lawn and landscape biz in fla.for 20 yrs, 20 years ago. So I was impressed, it showed a true testament to your work when you went over it again and put lines in it. Free or not, a potential customer doesn't know that. Finished product is what matters, shows you take pride in your work. Thank you for memories. You are a true master and servant to your community. Zero turns just were coming out when I retired. John Deere tractors were it back when I was mowing if that tells you anything. Keep it mowin!
If you worked on lawns for that long you know that he couldn't leave it like that. Something in your spirit wont let you 😂😂
Makes that house look so much nicer. It seems like a great property, and a nice house built of stone or stone veneer. (I know, it's getting torn down.) All that lush grass and shrubs makes me think there's good soil there for a garden, etc. The chamber of commerce should give you a citizen of the year award for beautifying the residential community one yard at a time!!
I agree. I'm not 100% positive, but I thought that the stonework was real. That's a shame the craftsmanship goes to waste.
Bill the casino, maybe put a lien on it and see if you can’t either win it or a big payday
Just ran across this video.. I never thought that watching weeds get cut could be so satisfying. That lawn mower is awesome. But not as AWESOME as the Man that’s doing the mowing! Salute Kevin.
Amen to that
Its the strangest thing but yes...its almost therapeutic..haha
Agreed

I’m 71 years old and I used to mow our grass starting at the age of 10(as soon as I could pull that string to start it) and mowed until I was 67. I love to see a fresh cut grass and the smell is amazing. Mowed my grandma grass when we were in Little Rock it was mostly rock but still looked great when I was done
Just want to pop in and say, I’m so happy the barb wire wrapped around the blade and not the Man... my god, that would be the end of the boring channel and I can’t live without you! What a Gorgeous Home! Lawn care make all the difference in the world.
God bless you. Just as I was saying...he can't see what he is driving into. You ran into a stump, then barbed wire. You live dangerously. May God keep you safe
Praise the Lord he works overtime looking after me and probably this feller too. Walk by faith not by sight.
This is a great job performed by this guy, doesn’t matter the owner. This man does a super job. I bought a piece of land adjoining mine, we used a bush hog to begin with and riding mowers now. Yep, never what “treasures” you will find in someone’s else’s land when mowing. Thank you for video logging this cut, I get lots of pleasure seeing a good yard being mowed or brought back into shape!
Wonderful man great Job
I have watched a bunch of your videos. Dam you work your butt off on a lot of these. I wish I was still able to do that as well. I’m 72 and have two bad knees that need replacing so I’m not able to. Watching you and your dad is priceless. Making this world a better place day by day. I’m really impressed with what you do for the communities. I also watch Al Blades?? You guys are lifeblood for so many that you help out. I can’t tell you how much watching your videos makes me feel. You do so much. And all for free. That’s even more impressive. Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for all the good you do. May God continue to bless you and your family every day ❤❤
I was working in my garden in Texas and got the garden started, then got allergies and can’t go back out yet because I can’t breathe well enough. it’s pollen 24/7 right now. Watching you is relaxing and somehow makes me feel productive even though I’m drinking tea on the couch 😂
Maybe wear a mask doing yardwork, it really helps me. There are kinds with vents so they aren't so hot.
You absolutely should send the casino a bill! You went above and beyond the call Sir! Thank you and God bless you for your kindness and expertise! You rock!!!
The casino did not ask him to do this, nor did he ask if he could. He’d have a cheek sending a bill.
Sad to think someone lost that house as a gambling debt.
That's real "Kool" dude. I'm glad people like you still exist and willing to show that it's from the heart. PEACE, HAPPINESS, AND SOOOOOOOOUL!!!
That was a lot of work! You helped the neighborhood look better and did a great job. You definitely deserve to be paid for all of the work and time you put into this place and a big thank you from all that live near it. I wouldn’t want to live next to the way it looked before you worked on it. Job well done, you’re one of a kind my man!
I bet the neighbors appreciate what you did if the owners don’t.
UR a HELL of a GUY,sure wish u lived down here in SW LOUISIANA. Sure could use U.Love U and UR heart ❤❤...
Someone tried to do this to my lawn when they didn't think it looked the way they thought it should, that got nipped in the bud right quick, I don't help my self to someones property, and make sure no one helps their selves to mine.
@@chrismead1464 Selfishness is unbecoming of humanity. Good luck with that.
@@scottt3100 We live in a litigous society, I have no intention of having my ass sued off because someone decided they were going to do something on my property and got hurt. If that makes me selfish, so be it.
Loved this. This is a gorgeous house, and so are the properties across the street. The neighbors had to be doing cartwheels when you showed up. The bank shouldn't be allowed to hold a community hostage with these zombie properties. Sell it or maintain it. Nice job!
Casino owns it. That means former owner had gambling debt. Neither the bank nor the casino are in the business of owning, renting, or maintaining homes. Casino cant sell for money unless they meet mortgage demand too, so it sits.
St. Petersburg, Florida had a huge problem with houses just sitting and deteriorating, because so many owners live out of state. So, they passed some laws that allowed them to fine the owners, and if the owners don't pay up and improve their property, the property goes up for auction. I don't remember all the details of just how this worked, but it solved two problems: it got rid of neglected eyesores that brought property values down, and increased available housing for those house hunting. There is a huge housing crisis in Tampa and St. Petersburg, and buyers are cinstantly scrambling to find an affordable house. I always think it's a crime for a house so sit vacant while people go homeless. 🙄
Great job! I've been cutting grass since I could walk, and it still do (I'm 65 now). I do have a self propelled mower though. A lot of properties in my area are overgrown. Folks getting older and can't take care of their place anymore. Very sad. God bless you for what you do. ❤️
I appreciate your work on painting the home and additional work you took on with your father. Champions of the people. It was from another video on your fathers channel.
I thought this video was entertaining. Shows how much time, effort, and a lot of PATIENCE someone has to do something like this in the world we live in. Keep doing what you do🖒
That is amazing he is already blessed l like beautiful gardens and people like him may the Almighty God Bless you and your family
Really wish there were more people like you in this world, you didn't ask questions. You just thought to do something nice for someone, unfortunately it'll get demolished
At least the neighbours will appreciate it!
I'm praying someone will see how beautiful this property could be again and live there. Great job. Keep up the good work. From nh
He should file public nuisance suit against the casino and say the overgrown lot contributes to vermin infestation. Bring in state/local Health Dept. Send a copy of suit and pics to state gambling. AFTER you have alert local TV station. Then watch the rats run!
Local TV loves that kind of 'David vs Goliath' story.
I think this is the first video of this dude's that I've watched and I'm so impressed not only with the huge amount of kindness it takes to do that for random people, but how thorough and nicely it was done, heck yeah man. I feel bad for the turtles, but I hope they'll be okai.
If you watch more of his videos you will see that "what you see is what you get" - extremely kind, very compassionate, clever and has a sense of humor to match. He's the real deal.
Another great job Kevin. You help not only the home owners but the entire neighborhood. A beautiful transformation. Glad to be a member of your chanel. God bless you.
I can only imagine how thrilled I would be to come home and find that a kind person, such as yourself, had remedied my lawn problem… but it would make this old granny really happy to see you wearing safety glasses!!!😉🙏❤️
Owned by a casino hence the city not going after them for how overgrown it was.
I am stunned at how having the yard cut made the house look COMPLETELY different. Way to go, good sir!!
This is my house and rent to movie company for 12 month and contract for 7500 $. He have request for this nobody living look. Now how much damage is making this to do production I don't know. And what, who neighbor tell him that I don't know.
House this big must be in Texas or Florida or Georgia. Love the house
I have watched this one before , guess i just love lawn cutting videos. And then again im doing it for you an your family.

I don’t know about it being “The Boring Channel” I find it so relaxing 😌. You can’t beat seeing a piece of land that looks so crap 💩 being turned into some more usable and looking beautifully relaxing 😎. I also found it very therapeutic, great job fella. And what an awesome piece of kit, that mower is epic. I’d love to have a go lol 😝. Keep up the great work fella and stay safe 💋
this is good therapy for bad nerves. I like playing in the dirt with my flowers. and when my yard looks right all is right.

If they wanted to sue they should have come and picked the flowers and transplanted it all themselves what a jerk to even threaten to sue. This is so great that you do this and your attitude!! Thank you
wowzer this was really a big yard and tall grass....you did a simple but huge job clean up....neighbors surely appreciated!
I absolutely love you and your wife. Thank you so much for being so kind. I love paying it forward. I am a bartender and absolutely make this channel known for it's amazing kindness. I wish the best for you and your family
My husband used to do that, he even painted a house ,because they did not and he got tired of looking at it.
this dude is cool he does free jobs and people see his work in return people call him to do monny jobs great video dude the place looks 200 persent better
