Good enough is the best for our families, otherwise the stress of trying to attain perfection can be the thief of our joy. My eldest painted me a sign for our lounge room with the quote saying "Comparison is the thief of joy" . I adore it. Kids imaginative play is my favourite part of motherhood. Tiny parts or people are always a favourite toy here too. What a beautiful glimpse into your home. I loved it. The quilt on the window is gorgeous. Do you quilt? Thank you for sharing lovely ❤❤

That is so true about comparison stealing joy. ❤️ I think our families would enjoy each other's company if we lived closer. 😊 I have made some quilts, for babies and a twin quilt for one of our sons, but in that I am also a "good enough" quilter. The curtain you're talking about may be the patch work curtain I made just from scraps I had. I appreciate you! ❤️🥰
Thanks for sharing this video, I'm close to the 50's and my kid is already far long out of home and I do miss all the mom life much more than anyone can imagine so listening the kids being kids while you bake or do your house chores it is very warming to my heart , very nice video🤗

Believe me,I know the difference from kids with problems due to dysfunctional home because I lived that ugly experience, your kids make noise , play , laugh, interact with you , listen to you both and such that is a blessing !!!
