I am not naturally good at knowing what suits me and that used to bother me but I now wear what's beautiful to me , fits me well, is modest and I don't spend much on it. Love this, I enjoy simple meals & they are often the most healthy. I also use the whole chicken, I was brought up with the saying 'waste not,want not'. I love what you said at the end about your home making is important, its definitely been an enjoyment in my life over the years 😊

This is fun. Reminds me of when my boys were young. One Christmas I bought them The Boys Own Handbook and I think they lived that book. It's still a great resource book. Somewhere in this house I have a book on how to make all sorts of "camps" . I'll have to see if I can find it.

I love it when kids get creative outside and make play spaces that they entertain themselves in for many hours. Its such a blessing to have the space and freedom for them to do that. We played covered wagons too. We just laid out old boards to represent the size of ma and pas wagon then put the basic things inside that Laura mentions and old sheets over it but i thought about making it to last a bit longer , maybe big tomato stakes in the ground , i have old poly pipe and id use that to make an arch between them. Then the tarp over it . I think i have so much fun outside too. Haha . Great job everyone and happy playing ❤❤

I wished I could go back in time and avoid buying pre-cut because it will save me $$ but that is life ! We learn as we get old so now that I'm cooking for myself I buy whole chicken and I process it into individual portions , first I take the skin off and freeze it in portions too so whenever I want to put some chicken flavor to any meal I take it from the freezer and use it to cook instead of oil or instead of using chicken bouillon (which I don't buy it anymore ) plus I have a nice treat for me and my dogs eating the crunchy chicken skin 😊 then I debone and freeze the bones by pieces as well for whenever I want to make soup or broth which still have some meat there so that's a extra bonus for my dogs after I'm done cooking it and last step I freeze the chicken meat the same individual portions for whenever I crave it (I don't eat meat every week) sometimes we think "oh this is so easy,simple or makes sense nobody will care for it " but there is plenty people that never cook or got any interest of cooking for many reasons and now they want to learn and with that comes the interest on saving money , just an example my mother and my older sister are learning from my "cooking and saving money techniques" can you believe that ?! It should be the other way around right?! So, Yes to more videos please!!!🤗🌸

Clearance racks and discount grocery stores is my way to go to stock up my pantry even tho I eat mostly organic I do find great organic food items for a dirt cheap price, you have a nice haul there 👍 thanks for sharing 🤗have a nice evening 🌸

I didnt know they sold a chickpea chocolate spread. I make chickpea "cookie" dough dip and we have it with fruit , usually apples . Its so tasty and filling . Buying meat on sale and putting it up for later is always a great idea ❤❤

Thanks for sharing this video, I'm close to the 50's and my kid is already far long out of home and I do miss all the mom life much more than anyone can imagine so listening the kids being kids while you bake or do your house chores it is very warming to my heart , very nice video🤗

(They are all grown now) My kids liked Beverly Clearly as well! I will have to check out swamp fox. I don't believe I have heard of it. I remember watching Daniel Boone when I was a child!!
