22:48 i think the difference is the the difference amount of cinnamon n the the small differences in the cake base . a lil more vanilla in one maybe yellow cake instead of vanilla for honey bun and so on
When I make my buttercream and put it into the plastic wrap to store, I add the exact amount I will be using in the piping bag later on. Also, I leave the plastic wrap about 1 inch longer on each side and twist those ends. When thawing, all I do is cut one side shorter and drop it into a piping bag with a tip on it and it's ready to go. 😀
I’m so happy I ran into your channel because now I’m inspired to start up my baking business again. I definitely just subscribed. Everything looks so delicious.
I was making a 3 layer cake for a fair contest. I needed it pretty quick so I had to bake 2 layers in the oven and the other one in the convection oven. I won first place. It came out perfect!
How do you store all those cakes. I want to start as well selling at the farmers market, but in Ireland. Weather there is so bad but you inspire me. God bless

Hi. I came across your channel today and subscribed. Do you always start with a box mix (as opposed to making the batter from scratch) or did you just do that because you had such a big order?
That is incredible. Looking at doing cottage food cakes out of my home beginning of next year so looking into everything. I came across this video and subscribed. Your mini cakes look awesome.
I love this , maybe you could cut a whole in the plastic wrap and put in the piping bag with the tip with having to transfer it to a new piping bag . I’ve started doing it myself saves sooo much time !! Hope this helps ❤

I see you have a longer label. It may not work for that one. But the little label stickers are pretty cheap and they might help with efficiency when you get bigger
Hi! Yes I use the same recipes just change them depending on how much I need. I have a few options. You can purchase each individual cake recipe, my cake recipe bundle, my buttercream bundle, or I have done individual cake + buttercream bundles that come with the cake recipe, marching buttercream recipe + matching label Template with ingredients added. In the bundles I show you how to adjust the recipe to make different products.
I wish I had researched this and found your channel a lot sooner, but I’m sooooo glad I found it now. I am not a baker, but every year, in memory of my mother, my family makes a variety of homemade cookies and we package them up and give them to the residence and the staff at the senior living center that my husband has worked for for 27 years. We do this at Christmas time because my mother used to do the same thing when she lived in her senior living facility. This year my husband works full-time split between two different residences. So we are making treats for both facilities. This year I decided we would make these mini cakes in the little square foil pans. I need to make 150 of them. I am only baking 10 cakes at a time Because I have never done this before. What I’m curious about is if you sprayed each pan with some sort of baking spray before putting the batter in the pan? And I’m only putting roughly a quarter cup of batter in each pan because it is a tiny pan. But when the cakes are done cooking, they kind of are at a peak versus being flat. Is there any way to avoid this? I look forward to watching more of your videos as soon as this giant task is done. ❤
That is such a beautiful and kind thing you are doing, what a wonderful tribute to your mother ❤️ No, I don’t spray my pans anymore. You can try lowering your baking temp a little or put a little dam in the middle of your batter if it’s a thicker one to help reduce the rise in the middle.
I heard you say you love a funnel cakes. The funnel bus is really good. They have a food truck that goes to different cities every day throughout Houston and it’s suburbs and then they have a stationary bus at porkies in Atascocita. What
I guess you could say snickerdoodle describes a type of cookie and churros describe a type of fried pastry… they both use the same flavors though which is basically cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Question! Whenever I bake chocolate cake, I take it out when I check a toothpick and it comes out moist and clean. I’m finding within five minutes of taking those cakes/cupcakes out of the oven I find the cakes have totally sunken in the middle and I either end up with raw centers or hollow centers. What do you think is possible happening? It’s only happening with chocolate and as a cake baker/business owner, it is totally frustrating!!
Thank you for showing us your process. I was wondering are all those cakes preordered or you store them in the fridge and then sell? I am thinking of doing this maybe in the future. Appreciate you.❤
I love your videos! I only ask one thing, on the dings for "add to cart" or "subscribe" thing, can you make those a little quieter? They're significantly louder than your voice and hurts the ears of people wearing earbuds. Other than that, I love your videos and would love to continue watching you and your business
