Hard to choose one.... My own favourite tip is "harmonic & melodic movement" as in my opinion it gives life and breath to composition and guides the evolution of the track from intro to outro. It takes the hand of the listener and brings into a sounding adventure....
None of those tips are less important than others, all are interlinked but in my experience lots of techno productions are more focused on the drumming part and are missing harmonic and melodic parts....
Thank you for the video
So, many elements in this track🤯. Thanks for tips!
Nice video, more beginner friendly though :)
Thanks!
Good job 🙌
Seriously, BIG congrats for the quality and effectivity of this vid ; learned a lot (just not joining you « philosophically » with two details with drums but it’s each one has its taste and how-to off course). Congrats and thank you. +1like&sub
Glad to help!
at 21:25 why do you add the reverb before the delay? Is there a reason? From playing guitar to producing I've always learned not to place your reverb before the delay because it mangles the "echo's" too much into the delay and doesn't sound that clean. Or are you using separate send/return channels? Good vid btw, making the genre (bit crossover with progressive) over 10 years now but it's still nice to see a decent track breakdown like this. Very inspirational
Don't like the song at all. But good pointers I guess
