I can tell. It's great to see Steve too. He has the dream rig.

The poor guy puts all that time and money into putting together his dream rig, and has to fiddle with the knobs whilst you have the fun playing through it! ;-)

Been waiting for Part 2, and didn't disappoint. ("Let's just go to maximum throb"...)
Would be nice to see a Part 3 in the future, where the full potential of the board is unleashed...

Great job guys. David, thanks for answering my email about Ricky and his bass string choices a few months ago. Loved you at Strathmore in North Bethesda Maryland.

Seen you guys numerous times in the UK, always a fantastic show. Looking forward to seeing you again in Stoke October 23. Was concerned last year that Steve didn’t play the Stoke gig. Happy to see all is okay. Great rig by the way.

You two have too much fun together. That is one big rig to transport to the shows but everything sounds great. See you Sept. 30 in Toronto, Canada.

It’s the home rig, the touring rig is easier to transport, well almost 🤣

Thanks for these excellent videos, really appreciated !!!!
This is very inspiring for me, I myself am building a big rig with 3 Loop Switchers (ML10X + 2x ML5), 8 pedals with full MIDI control and 15 pedals without MIDI. I was thinking of doing it with a drawer rack system, but the idea of a simple inclined board is really appealing, as it offers easy and total access to all the elements.
I was wondering how far you succeeded in activating your ready to play favorite presets from your Pedalbord's MIDI Controller (vs going to the big Rig to adjust individual parameters of different effects) ?

Looks like this requires a PhD in pedaloligy to operate. Beautiful tones and playing. Thanks for an amazing show last night in Moncton also! You should do more vocals Dave, because the one lead you did do was absolutely spot on.

Dear Sir Firstly thank you for this two part series. I thought you might have a Analogman Sunface (Si BC108 or Ge NKT275 for a fuzz face.and if "Heat" was not a factor, which transistors do you tend to prefer? I also noticed that you did not mention Pitchshift/harmonizer do you ever use one and where does it appear in the signal path?. I'm also assuming you use some kind of "Clean/regulated power conditioning. Also what cable/cords do you use?. Are any of the pedals you have there modified or are mostly "stock"? Do you mostly put Boosts before or after fuzzes or does that vary from time to time? Thank you again

Pretty sure those hitones are the only Hiwatt flavor amps that Dave reeves family support also. I'd love to have one with one of their cabs they do

Proper tidy board there Steve - do you tour with that beast? (The board that is, not Dave 😆). Both of you guys are top drawer. Thanks for another great video. 🙏👍🏻

    Two questions....
How do you keep electrical humm out of this rig?
Where does the Tea Pot and toaster plug in?

What model or year Telecaster was David playing in this video. It really sounds punchy and twangy if that is such a word. If Its a fender reissue, then im going to look for one. Oh and beautiful pedal board walls art you have Steve, I might even try to do the same thing in my studio.

I'm surprised you don't have a phaser a dang phase 95 is tiny and would fit in easily also a Strymon reverb I think would also be there or a selmer buzztone I think it's called the one sid Barrett used wasn't the best fuzz but if you wanna be authentic I'm sure a clone would be relatively cheap and if that's a shin ei psychedelic machine the fuzz is a super fuzz octave fuzz and there should be an original univibe unit in it also

It's so weird to me to use pedals into an amp set like that. The amp is barely working at all. It sounds great, but it's a weird quirk about Hiwatt amps that these settings work at all. It's totally opposite to setting an amp at the onset of power section compression, or "edge of breakup." These amps are dead clean.

What is the two es-8 and five Morningstar use for?just for put all the pedals on/off by hand?and they are not programmable by only one tap?how nonsense is this design?you should spend more money to get the rjm effect gizmo and a CUSTOM AUDIO ELECTRONICS RST foot controller, that’s what I am using for my 40 pedal rig
