  • Today we go over why people are leaving Portland, where they are going, and why me and my family packed our bags and left Portland proper. We'll take a deep dive into if Portland Oregon is completely falling apart in free fall, or if you are catching a falling knife and there's opportunity ahead.
I can help you navigate the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA real estate market. Just give me a call, shoot me a text, send me an email, or schedule a Zoom call, and I'd love to help you make a smooth move to the Portland area! 🌲🗻

They definitely need to add infrastructure as it grows. I don’t see the crime stats following the population growth, but that could be subjective or in certain pockets.

Lived on the Eastside for almost 18 years. After being home invaded in ‘21, attacked by a homeless woman because I wanted to help her and new neighbors coming from Oakland who started a meth lab in the garage made me move to the more expensive Westside. I live in Gresham. My home was invaded by a homeless woman as well. She literally setup a camp on the street outside of my house. Took way too long for the cops to actually do anything about it. And it turns out she had a lengthy criminal record of abusing other people just the same.
