I was a teen in the 90's and while I was only 11 or 12 when it first came out, it was such a great song and stayed so relevant that I was a total sucker for it! Loved this song! Not sure if it is as big as it once was, I suppose not but it is still relevant and if you don't have it on a playlist somewhere, you are missing out!

I understand how you feel, i've been playing this song like 3 times already and makes me sad/happy/nostalgic everytime and my eyes start tearing up. It's a clusterfxck of emotions going on my head. I believe it's because i miss my ex who was the one that dedicated this masterpiece back when we were going through fights and break ups. They both also put a lot of feeling into the song, it's something you cannot describe with words, you just feel it.

Nuno Bettencourt is a God on the guitar! Extreme were my first concert at 15yrs old in 1990. Nuno wrote and recorded the guitar part to Janet Jackson's song "Black Cat" from her Rhythm Nation album in exchange, she had a speaking vocal on one of Extremes songs. He is also the lead guitarist for Rhianna since 2009 and has done 4 world tours with her. He currently plays for Extreme as well as Rhianna and also his side project Generation Axe. The guy is phenomenal!

Yes!!! I am 50 years old and I remember the release of this beautiful song/video like it was yesterday. The great Gary Sherone and Nuno Bettencourt on guitar. Like Aerosmith, they are from Boston and the album this song is on was their second studio release, “Porngraffiti which kicks butt…seriously. One of my favorites to this day is a song called “Get the Funk Out”! Omg, Nuno’s guitar solo in that is so great that Brian May, legendary guitarist for Queen says it’s absolutely the best he’s ever heard! High praise… Peace & Love once again from Georgia!

Reminds me of my sister. We grew up in the 90’s. She passed away a few years back. She recorded it off the radio station ,at first, on cassette and kept playing it in her room.
She later got the real tape. My dad got hooked on this song and kept listening to it while drunk lol. I feel lonely for those times and miss my big sis …
