This unit works great and believe there is a bigger or newer model available. I use this plasma cutter the most and I have about 10 machines. The Hypertherm Powermax 45 was my go too machine but now its just collecting dust. The Primeweld Cut 60 is also a powerhouse and attached to my CNC table. The Arccaptain is light and has the right power to cut the material I toss at it.
Seems to cut good. On my old miller, I add a paint gun filter between the air hose and the machine to catch water and make consumables last longer. used to use the round orange plastic ones but now using a clear glass one that you can see the water in it..
Hi there, Did you try it in 4T mode? I have been on the fence about whether to purchase because I wanted a pilot arch. From what I understand on 4 T mode you do not have to scratch start, it will run continuously until you click the trigger again. Beneficial to the open mesh cuts. Would love to see it in this mode
Thanks for the review, that machine is killing it in your hands!
Great job on putting this video together!!! Awesome job!
Seems to work well

Cut pretty good... I need to get me a plasma cutter for sure.. Did you buy that one or was it sent out to you for testing and review?
That's awesome! We actually collaborated, but it was an honest review. We didn't make any requests, but Jorge's cuts were really impressive!
Was it on 110 or 220
it's a dual voltage machine, but Jorge didn't mention which voltage he used though. 😅"
220
He mentioned 220
what pressure are you running at?
70
