How to Create GLITCH ANIMATION in Photoshop | GIF Effect Tutorial

- in this photoshop tutorial we will see how to create glitch animation. I my self did not know how to do it properly but now i can say it that its really easy effect.
All you need to do is find proper image and apply different glitch effect and use frame animation, entire photo effect can be done under 15 minutes.
Not to mention that there are million different glitch effects you can create using the same trick. That is actually the reason keep coming back to this photo effect.

I want to know where I can find more things to do besides glitch. I want more cool effects ideas for the photoshop timeline that are made the same way as this tutorial but something else besides twitch
Do you have the most recent photoshop? I'm trying this out but my timeline looks different.
If you have issues with the colors not showing up after saving as gif, select one of the imgages without R and then save as gif, the color will then follow.
That definitely an animation that could do with a Pre-set Action.

How do i add this effect to an existing short video (4 seconds)? If i got the Video allready as a VIDEO Timeline, i can not add a FRAME Timeline....

control + j seems to do nothing on my photoshop - I have the cc 2018 version
I recommend you guys export with 1000px instead of 500 for best quality
so right there where i did my fifth (motion blur , distort) my ps just somehow crashed im just asking if someone can tell me why it happened
