    Something else you can do - in order to stretch your shoulder and chest area - is to place both arms on either side of a doorway and lean forward. I've been doing it for years, and it works.
    Something else that can really help your posture is buying an inversion table, and using it for 5 minutes every day.
    What it will do is stretch your spine, allowing vital nutrients to absorb into the discs in your back, and help you stand straighter as a result.
    I can speak from personal experience that it works.
    And lastly, just to help your body in general, exercise is so important. I would recommend swimming, as not only does it give you excellent cardio, but also exercises every muscle in your body.

      lying on your back with your arms on the sides, I also believe this sleeping position directly contributes to confidence

      I do this nowadays... nowanights.. and I also noticed that I sleep like half the amount of time but wake up more refreshed. After years of sleeping 10-12 hours, now I sleep 6-7

    Great channel. Saying what your tricks are and still coming across truthful, you'll be a master one day. And videos would be even better if you would invest in a good clip-on microphone.
    Good job!

    I would be curious to know how your observations and other knowledge affect you in your daily life. Like you already mentioned in your Video, one is able to see a change with this lifting techniques. Do you experience a significant change of your life as you learn more? For example being happier or else?
    And do you believe one could become as charismatic a some Stars you presented?
    BTW, I love this Channel, searched quite a while for a channel like this^^

    • @Charismaoncommand
      @Charismaoncommand  8 років тому +8

      +MightySenpai So yes, I think that just about anyone could learn to be as charismatic as many of the stars I breakdown on the channel. I think it would take some dedication over a long period of time (and more than a bit of courage) but you could get there.
      Some of the people I breakdown are truly gifted though. This isn't to say that their skill can't be learned. It would just be an even more difficult journey to their level of charisma. I'm thinking of Russell Brand, Tony Robbins, and Bill Clinton in particular. Whether they meant to or not, all three of those men dedicated their lives to influencing people and they are absolute masters.
      My life has been totally transformed by what I've learned. I feel more confident in myself, I have the best friends in the world, and my dating life is awesome. The number one thing that impacts my happiness are my relationships and I feel really lucky to have had the opportunity to learn to do them better
