Keep Your Mind Busy

Sometimes our thoughts seem to be stronger than yourself, sometimes they have enough power to drown everything else coming from the outside, it's a very overwhelming situation, and at first it seems like there's no way out, living through this has taught me an (I believe) excellent way to deal with this. Keep your mind busy, free time might be your worst enemy here, try new things, try learning something, reading, drawing, writing, anything works as long as you keep that mind of yours away from those thoughts.
