Sorry buddy I know it's like 3 years later. But where you drilled through the firewall, is it like a clean cut straight through?
I'm doing an amp install with 0 guage and looking for a safe place to drill through without hitting any cabling.
Previously I went through just beside the loom. But getting in there in the cabin was a real PITA

Is that full copper wire or CCA wire? I'm trying to relocate my battery on my RX8 too, I don't drift or track my car just street and cruising trying to get better air flow in the engine bay, I'm running a 12v lithium battery. Also, do I need a fuse and/or a circuit breaker? Thanks!
That's full copper expensive stuff. You don't necessarily need a fuse but it's a good idea if an idiot jump starts your car with the cables backwards or something.
