- On the river again metal detecting and searching for Indian artifacts. I started the day looking for Indian artifacts and by the end of the day, with some metal detecting, I had some sweet coinage. The silver three-cent coin is commonly called a Trime and was minted from 1851-73.
About Aquachigger:
I enjoy metal detecting for historical items like gold coins, relics, silver coins, and other buried treasures. I also metal detect for gold and silver nuggets and even meteorites. I like to make videos that promote my choice of lifestyle that includes outdoor adventure,
metal detecting, yapping, searching for river treasure, SCUBA diving, exploring abandoned places, hiking, caving, caring for animals and pets, and observing the things outdoors that often go unnoticed by most people who are not familiar with outdoor adventures and nature. I keep my UA-cam "Aquachigger" channel family-friendly and hope you subscribe if you like my style.
BTW, you can also catch me here, / chiggsarmy ,but I may get a little edgier there. FB isn't a place for kids anyway...lol.

This was a great little adventure. I had hoped for more Indian artifacts, but I'm not complaining! I hope you enjoy the video....
Don't forget to like and subscribe!
WOW DUDE !!! You had a stellar day.
Congratulations on the TRIME
Thanks Chigg for another great AQUACHIGGER ADVENTURE see you on the next
Thanks. See ya then.
Aw, was aiming for an artifacts haul, but all those pesky coins, buttons, and bullets hadda go and jump in your bag! 🙄 Sheesh!
😄 Just kidding, you got some nice coins today! Very cool. That spot where you were finding those flakes might be a spot where someone was *making* tools. 😏 It's a thought. 😁
You come to Nashville, and I'll take you to native sites on the river...great spots
🤔👍🌳
What a thrill it must be to rescue these long lost treasures😊
Hey Chigg, I'm always pausing your vids to research what you have found. I learn something every time. I do appreciate your expertise in finding artifacts from hundreds of years ago. What a great day on the river. Thank you!
Same here. Sometimes I’ll pause, search something up and end up spending an hour going down a rabbit hole of information. I’ve forgotten I was even watching a video plenty of times.
It's not a Bad Day Indeed for Mr. Beau found Coinage quite the river Treasure!!! I Held my Breath!!!; )
I left another comment earlier in the video and would like to say, that you are my number one relic hunter and finder of all time. You certainly have a gift and an eye for serching out and finding relics of all kinds. I guess that comes from years of experience.
Enjoyed seeing again as there is so much to take in. Thanks, Beau.
Sweet finds...
Awesome hunt Chigg ! Great coins and buttons. Congratulations on the trime too. Love the point you found also. Take care and best regards !
Love your river hunts. Makes me wish I was young enough to try it.
Great fun! Thanks for taking us along.
Wow! You really cleaned up! Hope you go back there soon.
I love your adventures, you are lucky you find so many cool things. I live in Northern Michigan about a block from Lake Huron. I have found arrowheads and cutting tools but mainly artifacts from ships; forks, knives, fishing lures and of course things people lose when boating. You definitely find better stuff. I'm fascinated with all of the civil war relics you find. Amazing. Cheers 👍
Awesome bunch of finds!!
Yeah, you know its summer when your boats out. It always makes ya happy too 👍👍
Nice coin finds Chigg , good observation. Always like the arrowheads.
Awesome hunt!.I would definitely go back and hit that area hard!.The detail on the 1851 large cent makes me think it was probably lost not long after it was minted. Thanks for taking us along for the adventure!
That was an awesome adventure chigg! My son's and I loved it!
Congratulations on your silver trime! Still a bucket lister for me!
Happy to hear that.
What an awesome day, Beau! The broken knife is still a beauty. I love the largies and the trime! Great day!!!❤
Glad ya were rewarded.
Great site! Glad to see you back on the water!
Awesome finds! Not bad , especially when your “office view” is the river!
once again thank you for your videos , they make me feel very relaxed and at ease
Love those old coins.
👍 the trime is a nice one
I nearly drowned Chig , you never told me to " Hold your breath " when we went under .
Good evening from Southeast South Dakota
Great to see mr chig on the water .!

Great finds...
Those are some awesome finds. Keep up the great work and happy hunting.
Nice digging Chigg. Sometimes the surprise hot spots are the best. Was good to see you getting excited over it as well. Looking forward to another hunt!
Sweet Finds!
I always wanted to hunt a civil war hospital located in Carlyle Tn. we found cannonballs and other civil war relics just searching the creek next to the home. I couldn't imagine what is still locked up in the soil surrounding the old house.
Hello Chigg, really got some awesome finds, the Possum was definitely with you today. Great program, take care and be safe. 👍
Congratulations 👏👍 on the coins and buttons🎉
We enjoy all your adventures Chig! Really enjoy watching. Rk.
Kewl Finds Chigg - Thanks for bringing us along!
Great video and awesome finds Chigg! 👍👍
Lol Chigg! Turn that horseshoe over, it's upside down. It's a horse head. 😂 Prairie Chicken! 😂
lol... I figured it out eventually.
To be fair, I saw a chicken before he said anything 😂
Aloha Chigg, Chemtrails here chemtrails there, Thanks for the friendship.
Wow. Congrats on the finds! Very cool!
Great video
Nice finds Mr chigg thanks for taking us along 👍
I haven't seen your videos for a while. Missed them. This was a great one with your finds.
Good evening from Syracuse NY brother
🤘😎Thanks Chigg
In Florida it's a felony to mess with Indian artifacts. Even just finding an arrowhead. If one is found at the bottom of a river you have to put it back
What a spot..I dream of a large never got one before.❤ ya chigg
I have been watching your videos for about 5 years now I hope you visit england again in the future
I grew up around the Licking River North Flowing into the Ohio. I know that area is special because of all the natives. That was their hunting grounds and then when the Civil War broke out there's so many Forts surrounding the area Fort Wright Fort Mitchell Fort Thomas that's just on the Kentucky side but I would love to go back with a metal detector and start looking...
Must not be getting all the notifications! I will still enjoy it even though I'm a bit late.
Thanks for the video. Glad you chose to metal detect, those are some nice finds.
C'est la vie ! Bonjour from France. I am a great fan.
💥💥💥No doubt that hotspot was a popular place to hangout near the water for several generations. It will be loaded with coins and other goodies. When the land is loaded, so is the water. The fact that you snapped up those beautiful coins in a single hunt tells me the location has never been detected.
As always, great searching and finding by the Chigg! Longtime fan!
Nice hunt 👍👍
Chigger my hero like wat you do
Nice video beau. Thanks
A most awesome episode.😊
I love your content man!
Thanks, I appreciate that.
The horse shoe pendant thing? You had it upsidedown. Its a horses head showing through the shoe. Didnt know if you had realized later. Great video , alot of old activity in that area to say the least. Loved the pocket knife , pretty much intact.
You find the coolest treasures! Love your videos
That 3cent piece is most excellent
Funny how that good luck horseshoe looked like a chicken when upside down! I got a good laugh over that!!
Nice haul😮❤
I have only found 1 three cent silvers. The flying eagle cent is on my bucket list.
I haven’t found one yet but will freak out if I ever do! I just got my first Indian head penny I also have found a silver Rosie from 1946, a wheat, a buffalo nickel, a 1771 Dutch coin, and what I believe were large cents but were too toasted to get anything off of. Happy hunting!!!
Looks like some one pilfered a lock box full of coins they first tried to to pry it open with the pick and it broke so they used the other end to bash the lock off it breaking the piece off you found and threw the rest in the river and dropped a couple coins in the process (the dates were very close together on those coins) and the box is still in the river somewhere…. Lol sounded good in my mind anyways… great adventure that went a different direction then you were thinking but still an awesome one thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
Look at the shank on that thing! That's what she said
Lol! I said the same thing 😁
Like the song at the end. Is that you Chigg?
Nah, a fan did that for me. He is credited at the end of every video.
The Chigg is BACK!!! 🎉
back? where did he go? lol
@@Yinzzy656 I’m referring to his drought of finding anything spectacular.
Nice day, love the new boat!😊
Gurgle, gasp, cough. Chigg you forgot to tell us to hold our breath before you put us under. 😂😂😂
Chigg,
This one was really worth it!
Love your new jet boat but really wished I could find one like your old mokai here in Canada.
Congrats on the trime. We all know how hard they are to come across.
At 9:36 right beside a small leaf, just left of centre and kind of near the bottom of the screen. Is that a flake laying beside the leaf? Triangular shaped "something" that comes to a point at the top ?? Just sort of caught my eye. You have way too much fun!
Hey Chigg,, that chicken kinda looks like a horse 🐎 😮
Awesome
Love the oriole singing in this one!!
i love the old V nickel!
I totally thought that horse head was chicken as well!
When Chigg is on it, he’s on it. And, when he’s not, he’s still on it.
I might be wrong about this but if you go back and look at 11:34 and look to the left of the screen, it looks like there’s a ring laying in the water there possibly an engagement ring? I could be wrong but if you freeze the frame and look to the left of the screen, I believe that’s a ring laying there. Might take a second to find it, but it looks like it’s sticking out of the mud. right before he pulls the pocket knife out of the mud.
It's a small clam shell. They look like rings on video. I would have definitely heard a ring with the metal detector. Thanks
Awesome video man!
Awesome !!
It’s Trime time!
What a great day detecting… very impressive finds. My thoughts on that KG coin, maybe it’s a Drape Bust, the bust to me seems like it.
Great finds mr. Chigg! Me and my bride have been roamin & digging for many years but Its getting hard to get out and hunt since we have turned into two old fossils! Thank you for keeping us entertained in our old age. Just keep on keepin' on!
And, before i forget...how or where does one go about finding a "Chigg's Army" hat?
Hey Chigg, how are the loops attached to the back of the button? Solder?
Thank you.
Yes.
Your "chicken" looks like a modern Derby Pin from Louisville, KY.
❤❤❤ cool
Wow way to go man!! This is John up deepcreek Md , just wondering if that’s a spot you’ve went by 100 times and just never hit or completely new spot. Been watching years and that’s the best overall hunt I’ve seen such variety wow man! Anyways I hit rivers up here and pass up lots of bank thinking I’m headed to the hot spot only to fing beercans and sinkers. Congrats man
Buttons, Bullets & Coins, OH MY!!
What happened to the scotland visit you hinted at a while ago ?
What the heck was that creature !!! Two tails wth
😊😊😊😊😊
