One thing that really helps me is reminding myself that the kind of people who say nasty things are NEVER people who actually have any talent themselves, talented people are busy living their lives and enjoying their talents and usually applaud people who try to improve themselves.
This is what I've found. Genuinely talented people love to help people, not criticize (unless it's constructive criticism!). People who suck try to bring everyone down. It's the same in any creative field. :)

hahaha brilliant! Note to haters of all kinds:- being nasty to others will not make you feel better. You get a very short term hit, which only ever descends into worse self-loathing after a few minutes - so you have to do it again, and again. And every time, you sink lower. It's an addiction. And it's pathetic. Top tip - because I'm a positive gal:- learn how to sing (or any other creative endeavour, but singing is best) and practice your art daily. Learn to love yourself. And your whole life will change. Lots of love Victoria xx Lovely voice you have.
