Ditto, so many chefs forget about how Coeliacs eat....we eat whatever we can bar the Gluten...I ws diagnosed at 40, not a baby and have had great food and still want
That looks absolutely delicious Julie! If I want to put some pumpkin in it would I need to roast the pumpkin first before I add it to the vegetables in here? Or can I use small dices of pumpkin and it will cook enough in the slice?

I put grated pumpkin in and capsicum too..was delicious.
